Water Level Sensor Product Description

Four ITS make Digital Water Level Recorder provides highly accurate water level measurement for a wide variety of applications, including those in harsh environments. The submersible pressure transducers have a dynamic pressure compensation system, enabling high accuracy measurements over a wide measuring parameters, and LCD/LED displays.
Each of the stainless steel water level sensors consist of a solid state submersible pressure transducer encapsulated in stainless steel 1.5”-2” inch diameter housing. The water level sensor has molded-on waterproof cable and a two-wire 4-20 mA high lever output for connection to a monitoring device. A 10 meters cable is standard, and optional cable lengths are available up to 200 meters. All can be attached with the existing sensor output of 4- 20mA.
The level transducer is fully encapsulated with High quality marine grade epoxy so that moisture can never leak in or work its way down the vent tube. The water level sensor uses a unique, highly flexible silicon diaphragm to interface between water and the sensing element.
This silicon diaphragm protects the water level sensor’s electronics from moisture and provides each sensor with exceptional linearity and very low hysteresis. The design of the submersible pressure transducers eliminates the issues associates with metal foil diaphragms which uses strain gauges.

Four ITS make transducer level ranges of 0-3, 0-15, 0-30, 0-60, 0-120, 0-250, and 0-500 meters area available.
Each submersible pressure transducer has a two-wire 4-20 mA output signal that is
proportional to the water depth. From 10 to 36 VDC is required to operate the water level sensor, so the level sensors can be operated from common 12VDC battery systems. The sensor usually draws power supply from the Four ITS water level digital display cum data logging system.

Water Level Sensor Installation
The submersible pressure sensor may be placed slightly below the lowest expected water level. Water level sensor level ranges of 0-3, 0-15, 0-30, 0-60, 0-120, -0-250 and 0-500mtrs, are available. When ordering, select the level sensor range that will cover the maximum water level change.

Water Level Sensor Applications
The water Level Sensor can be used to measure water level, well depth, groundwater level, surface water flow, pipe flow, and water pressure, etc.

GSM TELEMETRY ATTACHEMENT –(OPTIONAL)

The Four ITS GPRS/GSM based Data Logger with inbuilt industrial Quad band GPRS Engine, GPS module optional. 1 channel Analog inputs (4-20mA) support UltraLow/Low/High/Ultra-High limit.
Report Monitoring System via GPRS TCP/IP, and tracking the real time GPS location with optional GPS module.
Daily report, schedule upload, event upload via GPRS to remote, monitoring center (TCP/IP) or by SMS to user’s mobile phone available.
Four ITS GSM ground level data logger used for field monitoring in worldwide, we offer GPRS protocol for clients to build their own monitoring software/applications.

Data Retrieval Methods

Telemetry System: There are three methods of data retrieval. A) The data can be taken or downloaded from the cloud server, by logging in with user id and password. B) Data can be taken from Display, and C) Data can be taken in Pen drive, through the USB port, provided in the Data logger.
Non-Telemetry System: There are two methods of data retrieval. A) The data can be taken from the Display and B) There is an USB port for Pen drive, through which the data can be taken.
