Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the heated insoles, please read the instructions carefully and operate them under the correct guidance.
- Spot clean the insoles only and dry them flat. Do not use bleach, iron, or wring the insoles. Fully dry them before turning them on.
- Avoid cutting the insoles below the indicated line as it may damage the product.
- After using the battery of the heated insoles is discharged, charge the battery within 24 hours. Failure to charge it in time may seriously affect its life and startup.
- To save power, turn off the insoles when not in use.
- Fully charge the battery every three to six months. It is recommended to charge it three times in one month during storage.
- When not using the insoles, turn them off and store them properly.
- To adjust the temperature, press the button on the insole after turning it on.
- Press and hold the insoles on/off button on the insole for three seconds to turn off the heated insoles.
- Do not use the heated insoles in a dangerous environment or fail to follow the instructions as it may result in injury.
- If you feel uncomfortable when you wear the heated insoles, take them off immediately and contact the after-sales service for help.

About Battery
After the battery is used up, please charge the battery within 24 hours.
Failure to charge it in time will seriously affect the battery’s life and
startup. When not using the product, please turn it off to save power.
Please fully charge it during storage.(It is recommended to charge it 3 times
in one month.)
Operation Instructions
Key operation on the insole buttons:
- a. When putting in the shoes, press the insoles “ “button for 3 seconds.
- b. After turning on, press the button on the insole to adjust the temperature.
- Press”H” = High temperature(Red light), about 131-149 F;
- Press “M= Medium temperature(Yellow light), about 122-131°F;
- Press ‘L”= Low temperature (Greenlight),about 104-114°F;
- c. Turn-off.Press and hold the insoles on/off “ ‘button on the insole for 3 second.
Estimated Heating Time
- Red Light-Highest temp ( 55 -65°C/ 131-149°F ,4 hours)
- Yellow Light-Medium temp ( 50-55°C/122-131°F ,6 hours)
- Green Light-Lowest temp ( 40-45°C/ 104-114°F,10 hours)
Charging And Working Time
- Please turn off and recharge it.
- You need to plug the two charging cable plugs connected to the charger into the USB port on the back of the insole.
- When charging, the red light will be on.
- After about 3 hours, the red light will be off.
- Note: It is FORBIDDEN to charge when POWER ON.
About Cleaning
Because this product has a built-in lithium battery, it can’t be soaked in
water and not allowed to be soaked in water. The front and middle part can be
washed, and the battery port should only be wiped/scrubbed as much as
possible. It is forbidden to soak in the water.

Tips and Warnings
After getting this product, turn it on, then use the remote control or the temperature adjustment button on the insole to adjust the high temperature mode, then put the insole in a small closed box or quilt for 10min, and pay attention the center of the foot in the heating area, if it can heat normally and can meet the needs, then cut the product according to your feet size.
