Operating Instructions/Installation

Pumps have automatic functions of multiple modes.

  1. When the outlet valve is closed, the pump enters the state of holding pressure and standby. The pump is in a stop state at this time, but there is pressure in the pipeline. The pump will automatically open the pump after releasing the pressure of the pipeline when the outlet valve is opened.
  2. When the water is not enough, the pump can not be pumped out again. The pump will enter the dry operation protection mode. The pump is stopped at present. The pump will open only when the power is reconnected.
  3. When there is a small leakage in the pipeline, causing the machine to open frequently, the pump will enter protection mode. The pump is stopped at present. The pump will open only when the power is reconnected.

Before operation
Please check the following before the pump is turned on:

  1. The pipeline is fitted with a metal tube or pressure hose that can withstand pressure.
  2. The joints on the pipe are sealed reliably.
  3. The pump is firmly fixed.
  4. The diving depth of the pump should not exceed the nominal maximum of the technical parameters.
  5. All electrical connections comply with safety instructions.
  6. Open the outlet valve.

Attention!
For rope handling: Do not operate the pump without the pressure hose to prevent the pump from twisting around its longitudinal axis. In continuous use of a pump with a rope, the condition of the rope must be checked periodically, as it may break with increasing use time. Long enough and strong ropes should be attached to the handle before the first use. When the pump is immersed into the liquid, the rope along with a handle can be used to balance the pump.
Warning! The pump is only suitable for extracting clean water, not for domestic sewage or water containing solid particles.

Installation

  1. The equipment requires a cross-sectional area of at least 20 x 20 cm.
  2. The equipment is immersed to the depth of the technical parameters.
  3. The suction opening will not be blocked by foreign bodies when installing the equipment. The stability of the equipment must be ensured.

Caution! There is a risk of damage to the equipment!
Do not lift the pump by cable or pressure hose because the cable or pressure hose is redesigned without taking into account the tensile force from the pump weight.
Warning! All connection lines and joints must be sealed reliably. Any leakage will cause the machine to operate frequently and reduce life.

Connecting the pressure pipe

  • Screw the pressure pipe into the pressure joint. All joint connections must be sealed with a threaded seal belt.
  • You should screw the appropriate pressure hose adapter into the pressure joint when using the pressure hose.
  • You should firmly screw the pressure hose into the hose adapter and fix it with a hose clip.

Please use the appropriate plumbing if it is used occasionally. It is recommended that rigid pipes with check valves be used in fixed positions. It prevents the liquid from flowing back when the machine is shut down.
Use a strong rope to connect the handle of the pump and dip it into the liquid to be conveyed at a certain angle, so that the lower side of the device has no bubble formation to prevent the bubbles from being sucked in. Put the equipment down slowly, and once the pump is submerged, it can be adjusted again. The pump is arranged at the bottom of a liquid container, Fasten the end of the rope after lowering so that the pump can also be handled when hanging on the rope. The pump can work after the device is connected to the main power source.
In most cases, you will be able to troubleshoot problems easily by yourself. Before you contact us, please refer to the following table for technical support. This will help you save a lot of work and possible expenses.

Problem Reasons Solution
The pump does not start / stops running during the pumping process. 1.

Unconnected power supply/ the cut – off of supply – Defective power cord or plug .

2.  Entering the state of keeping pressure at the rest-abnormal block- age of pipes or pumps, hot circuit breaker cutting circuit.

3.  Impeller damage causing blockage.

4.  Thermal circuit breakers cut off due to high ambient or water temperature.

5.  The internal pressure signal switch is failing.

| 1.  Checking power supply/ inspection of safety devices- professional electrical inspection.

2.  You open the outlet valve. The pump will automatically open after discharge. Removing blockage, the pump is recharged water after it is full cooled.

3.  Inspection by the maintenance service.

4.  Ensure that the water temperature and ambient temperature is below 35 0C. And it is re-electrified pumping.

5.  Check the signal source in the traffic maintenance department.

Pumps are frequently opened

and stopped.

| Leakage at outlet pipe or

joint-fouling clogging internal, one-way valves leading to lax sealing.

| Maintain or replace the pipes and joints- cut off the power supply and clean the

one-way valve.

Too small flow rate

No flow of water or too small flow

| 1.     Insufficient water supply, not up to impeller height.

2.     Pressure tube is bent and damaged.

3.     Dirty water or particulate sew- age reduces the flow of water.

4.     Inlet blockage.

| 1.    Increasing water supply.

2.    Adjusting hose and replacing pipeline.

3. Cleaning the inlet and replacing damaged parts (e.g. worn impellers).

4.    Cleaning the inlet.

The pump can not be shut down.| The one-way valve in the pump is

gripped with dirt.

| Inspection by the maintenance service.

The pump is not allowed to transport corrosive substances, flammable and explosive substances (such as gasoline, petroleum, nitro diluent), grease, oil, brine and toilet equipment sewage, as well as low mobility mud sewage. The temperature of the liquid cannot exceed 35 °C.

Cleaning

Clean the equipment from the outside.
Flush with clean water. Use a brush and detergent to remove stubborn pollution. Immerse the pump into a container with clean water, open it for running a while, and flush it in the pump.

Storage
If there is a risk of frost, remove equipment and accessories, and clean and store it in a place protected from frost.
Warning! Please unplug the plug before any maintenance, and then open the outlet valve to ensure that there is no pressure in the pipeline.
Attention: Before using the pump again, first “clean” to prevent any possible dirt residue which could affect the equipment operation.
Risk for equipment damage!
Frost will destroy electrical appliances and accessories because they always contain water.

Disposal

Products marked with adjacent symbols shall not be treated as domestic rubbish. You must deal with this old electrical and electronic equipment separately. Please contact local authorities to see if they can be handled properly. Make the old equipment available for recycling, processing, or other forms of second use by separate handling. You can avoid polluting the environment by doing so. The packing is made of cardboard and corresponding marking plastic. These materials can be recycled.
