INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
INSTALLATION OF THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE PERFORMED BY A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL OR
EXPERIENCED MECHANIC TO ENSURE PROPER OPERATION AND FUNCTION OF THE BRAKE
SYSTEM. ALWAYS USE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND CORRECT AUTOMOTIVE TOOLS.

Step 1: Disassemble the brake system by removing the calipers and lines. It is recommended that the lines be replaced with new or steel braided hoses.

Step 2: Disassemble and remove the brake rotors. Remove any material from the hub faces. Clean the areas with brake cleaner or
degreaser.

Step 3: Place the new BLOX Racing front rotor on to hub, making sure it sits and fits flush against the axle hub. Make sure rotor slots
are facing correct direction.

Step 4: Mount the new BLOX Racing front caliper. Use “red” Loctite® 271 on the bolt threads. Torque to 60 ft/lbs.

Step 5: Slide the new BLOX Racing brake pads into place. Make certain that the friction material is facing the rotor. Install the brake pad retainer clip. Connect brake hose. Double-check brake line clearance by turning steering wheel lock-to-lock and making sure clearance is provided for suspension travel and movement. Bleed brakes according to OEM instructions and recommendations. Always test brake pedal pressure and check for leaks. Repeat steps for opposite side.
