IKEA ABSORB Leather Cleaner
INSTRUCTION
Leather cleaner
ABSORB leather cleaner removes marks, cleans and feeds your leather furniture
to help it last longer. Treatment makes the leather slightly darker, so always
test the result first on a piece of leather that is not easily visible.
This is what to do (1)
Pour a little leather cleaner onto the sponge and squeeze the sponge to get a
rich foamy lather. Treat any marks carefully, working from the edges in
towards the centre. Do not rub. Apply the leather cleaner only as a foam, not
in liquid form! Wipe off any surplus foam and leave the leather to dry. Finish
pigmented leather by buffing the dry surface with a clean cloth. White soap
marks can be cleaned off with a soft,slightly damp cloth. Repeat the procedure
for stubborn marks.
Leather cream
ABSORB leather cream helps to keep leather soft and supple, and prevents it
from drying out. Use once or twice a year on pigmented leather furniture. Do
not use on suede or nubuck leathers.

Shake the bottle. Use a clean, soft cloth to apply a thin film of cream to the
leather. “Massage” the cream into the leather with a gentle circular motion.
Leave to dry for about one-and-a-half hours. Buff the dry surface with a clean
cloth. Repeat the treatment on armrests, surfaces exposed to direct sunlight
etc.
It is dangerous to swallow ABSORB leather cleaner and ABSORB leather cream. Store at room temperature, out of reach of children. If leather cleaner or leather cream comes into contact with the eyes, rinse eyes thoroughly in clean water for several minutes.
