Parts and control
How to use
- Clean the ear canal. Push the hearing amplifier into the canal.
- Gently turn the hearing amplifier left and right until it is stable and comfortable.
Operation Instruction
On and Off
- Press and hold the key for 5s to turn the device on.
- Press and hold the key for 5s again to turn it off.
When taken out from the charging case, a hearing aid will automatically turn on; When put back into the charging case, a hearing aid will automatically turn off.
Switch modes
Press and hold the key for 2s to switch among 3 different modes:
- Normal listening mode
- Noise environment mode
- Tinnitus masking mode
Adjust Volume
A quick press on the key will adjust the volume from minimum (Du.. Du
signals)to maximum (“Di… Di… Di” signals) and then back to minimum again if
continuing to press the key.

Troubleshooting
Cleaning and maintenance
- Clean the silicone ear dome with the sound hole facing down.
- Clean the dust screen with the cleaning brush. Remove the silicone ear dome if needed.
- Clean the exterior with disinfecting wipes
- Store the hearing amplifiers in the charging case.
Cautions
- For any injuries or pain after using the device, stop using it immediately and seek professional help from a hearing aid center or ENT physician.
- Do NOT take NMR OR CT scan exams with your device as it may cause damage to the device. Although the device will usually not be damaged by the normal use of mobile phones, radios, security monitors, etc., the sound quality may be affected by radiation.
- In extremely noisy settings such as mining fields or explosions, turn off the device to avoid hearing damage.
- Products with high moisture levels can cause damage to the device. Remove the device before using such products as hair gel or face cream etc.
- Keep the device in stable places and avoid excess heat or humidity.
- Use gentle pressure on the touch-sensitive keys. Too much pressure may cause malfunction or damage.
- Turn off the device when not in use. Charge it at least once every 6 months to promote optimal battery life.
Avoid water
Keep the device from water. Remove the device before swimming, bathing,
showering, or face washing. If the device gets wet, wipe it with a clean towel
and let it air dry in an open space. DO NOT DRY IT IN A MICROWAVE OVEN OR ANY
DRYER. For any problems, contact Our Customer Service for help.
Avoid heat
Do not leave the device under direct sunlight or in places with excess heat.
Avoid shock
Avoid dropping the device to the ground from high above. Keep it from violent
shock.
Warranty
- Should your hearing amplifier fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, during the warranty period set forth below, we will repair or replace the product. The limited warranty is valid only to the original retail purchaser of the product. Proof of original retail purchase is required to obtain warranty service under this limited warranty.

- THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Damages caused by improper use or operation contrary to the instructions outlined in the User’s Manual.
- Damages caused by unauthorized modification or alternation.
- Damage caused by accidents, pests and vermin, lightning, wind, fire, flood, or acts of God.
- Products with original serial numbers that have been removed, altered, or cannot be readily determined. Model and serial numbers, along with original retail sales receipts and warranty card, are required for warranty validation.

We warrant that our products and accessories are free from defects materials
or workmanship for a period of one year from the initial date of purchase
shown on the original sales receipt. We disclaim all other warranties, express
or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of
merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does
not cover product conditions caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or failure to
follow instructions. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of
the product only. The product and accessories should be maintained, according
to the instructions, to extend the product life and this warranty. We do not
assume liability for the loss or damage of livestock or personal property.
This warranty gives you specific rights, you may have other rights, which vary
from state to state.
