IN THE BOX
How to install a bell (optional)
- Open the soft button, and connect a little bell to the hook.
- Remember to close the button tightly to prevent the bell from falling off the hook .
QUICK START GUIDE
- Turn on and select an interactive mode.
- How to activate your Smart Ball
- After selecting the interactive mode,
- It will be activated automatically after 2 seconds.
Remark:
- Before having fun with your cat, please check that your smart ball’s surface in good condition.
- Supervision is required during the playtime to prevent your pet from swallowing.
BLE APP Connection
Scan the QR code to download and install the app.
This app is compatible with iOS 9.0 and Android 4.0 or above. iOS system:
please search “Smart Life” in the app store. Android system: Please scan the
QR code or search “Smart Life” on Google Play to download.
APP Description :
- Direction Clontrol : Use the app, can control the ball move forward or backward. After 10 seconds it will auto turn back to the auto playing mode.
- Seeking mode : Select “Seek” function on app, you will hear the “Di… sound from ball ,help you lock out the ball location.
- Mode Selection : Three playing modes switched at will.
- Battery Percentage : Please notice the battery status, charging the ball in time.
- Remark : Please keep your phone Bluetooth always on

Manually switch the playing modes, each mode can be played all the time, using mobile APP to control the pet’s playing time.

How to replace the shell
- Unscrew the old shell
- Replace the new shell, the assemble direction as above photo
- Tighten the newv shell until hear the “Pop” sound.
Warranty
We offer 90 days warranty for smart ball against any quality-related defects. Warranty starts from the date you receive your item.Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim.
Warranty are voided for /if :+
- Wrong item/component returned to us.
- Damage arising from importer use or maintenance (including, but not limited to :falls,extreme temperatures, operating devices improperly)
- Damage arising from accident or external causes
- Damage arising from abnormal wear and tear
- Damage arising from unauthorized repair ,modification or customization
- Item used by other pets rather than the designated pets stated in product description (e.g. smart ball used by dog)
- Normal wear down of the outer shel, battery of smart ball.
Warranty are also voided for if:
- Lost or stolen items
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Free products
- Products that have been fully refunded
- Any consumable items/parts supplied with the warranty item
- Any aCcessories not being part or component of the warranty item
- Proof of purchase is not provided by buyer
- Items purchased from an unauthorized seller
