Symbols
- WARNING symbol indicates a poten-tially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in serious injury to the user or damage to property and/or the device itself.
- INFORMATION symbol indicates recommendations and information for proper, trouble-free usage.
- WEIGHT CAPACITY symbol indicates maximum user weight for the product. Do not exceed this weight in any circumstance.
- CE MARKING symbol indicates product meets requirements of EU Directive 93/42/EEC (MDD) and/or EU Regulation 2017/745 (MDR).

Notice to user/patient in case of serious incident
Any serious incident that has occurred in rela-tion to the product, should be
reported to the local contact, who reports to the manufacturer, and the
competent authority of the country in which the user/patient is established.
Compliances and Standards
Human Care is an ISO 13485:2016 certified Swedish medical device company. The Quality Management System is in compliance with US 21 CFR part 820. The product is CE marked in accordance with EU

On delivery
Check the following before using your new product:
- Check that no damage has occurred during transport (if this is the case, please immedia-tely inform the delivery agent).
- Check that the number and type (s) of products detailed on the delivery certificate agree with the goods delivered.
- Check that the delivery is of the desired model and type of product.
Please contact us immediately in case of any delivery problem.
Return or refund
If any product has to be returned for any rea-son, please contact us to obtain
a claim number and advice on how to proceed. The goods should be returned in
complete and undamaged condition in their original packa-ging. Directive
93/42/EEC (MDD) and/or EU Regula-tion 2017/745 (MDR), as class I medical
device. The CE mark is on the product. This product has been tested in
accordance with ISO 11199-2:2005. The following information should accompany
any product on its return. The product’s identifi-cation number, delivery
date, the date the user took possession of the aid, the date of the pro-duct’s
last service, the person whom we should contact about the fault, whether it be
the user or another, and the nature of the fault. Human Care HC AB reserves
the right to inspect the returned product. If no fault can be found, the item
will be returned to the user. Transport costs may then be chargeable.
Product lifetime
The product´s expected lifetime is seven (7) years, if the product is used as
intended and maintained according to the manufacturer´s instructions,
depending on the intensity of use and maximum load applied during use. If the
product label is no longer legible, the product should be discarded.
Additional Warnings
- Ensure that all bolts are securely faste-ned before using the rollator!
- DO NOT adjust brake tension until whe-els lose molding sheen!
- Brakes must be in the parked/locked position before sitting on the rollator!
- DO NOT hang anything on backstrap or it may break!

In the instruction manual, three ways of drawing special attention are used.
These ways are highligh-ted in the following manner.

Recycling of products
When recycling, the product’s chassis is separated from other parts. At
separation, the parts can be sorted according to material after unscrewing and
dimantling rivets and other connections. The diffe-rent parts should be
separated into metal, plastic or combined materials. The products consist
mainly of steel pipe and other metal components. Examples of parts witch
consist of combined materials, are the front fork including bearings wheel
with bearing.
Note!
Different authorities/recycling companies handle recycled materials in
different ways. It is thus fitting when in any doubt over the best way to
proceed when recycling, to contact the relevant governing body.
Environmentally friendly
Human Care HC AB aids are manufactured to have as little effect on the
environment as possible during their lifetime. This allows for the used
product to be dismantled and for its parts to be recycled. Products with
lengthy lifecycles safeguard our sensitive environment and are thus more
environmentally friendly. Human Care HC AB is a part of REPA. REPA – A
countrywide system for recycling of packaging.
Intended use.
Fellow Classic is an easily used walking aid which is suitable for use both in- and outdoors. Unfolding and folding are achieved with simply used handles. This safety walker is available in five varieties with differing heights and widths. See below.

User guide
- Read all warnings and instructions carefully before using the rollator.
- Ensure that the rollator is properly unfolded before use.
- The rollator may only be used as a support for walking or sitting.
- Never stand on the rollator.
- Do not use the product on stairs or escalators.
- Be extra careful when using the rollator on slopes or uneven surfaces.
- Never sit on the rollator and roll yourself forward with your feet.
- Distribute weight evenly to prevent the rollator from tipping when you sit on it.
- lways set the parking brake before using the rollator for support while sitting down or getting up.
- Do not place anything on a folded up rollator when it is in storage or being transported as this may cause damage to it.
- Do not store the rollator close to a heat source as this could cause damage to some details.
- Be careful when you handle the rollator if it has been exposed to abnormally high or low temperatures to avoid injuries.
- Do not store the rollator outdoors.
- Save the user instructions for future use.
Unfolding
Pull the locking frame under the seat until the rollator automatically unfolds
and locks.
Important! Check that the red catch falls of its own weight.
Folding
- Lift red catch.
- Pull locking frame up. The rollator folds automatically.
- Fold stand together until the rollator locks folded.
Adjustment of handles
Loosen wing nuts and adjust the handles to wrist height. Tighten the wing
nuts. Sideways angle of the handles : 3° inwards.
Parking brake
Push brake lever down to brake when stationary.
Important!
Engage parking brake before sitting.
Brake
Pull brake lever up to brake whilst travelling.
Important!
handles must not be heightened above the”MAX” mark on the sides of the handle
pipes. The handles must be pointing straight forward. The handle pipe numbers
must be aligned with the slit at the side of the pipes to avoid unstableness
and dangerous situations.
Warning! The handles must not be pointing outwards because of increased tip risk.
- On assembly of the wingnut component, it is im-portant that the base of the screw head engages fully the groove in the recess.
Note!
The brakes consists of one brake handle for each wheel, where the right brake
handle affects the right wheel, and the left brake handle affects the left
wheel. The brake handle pulls a wire that runs in a wire housing. The wire
pulls a brake gear that affects the wheel. When a single hand brake is used,
one brake handle affects both wheels.
Brake adjustment
Loosen locking nut; adjust brake by loosening/tightening the adjustment
casing. After adjust-ment tighten locking nut.
Note! Continuous braking leads to excessive wear of wheels and brakes.
Cleaning and service
Important!
When changing parts of the rollator, use only Human Care parts to ensure
continued CE vali-dation.
Important!
Do not alter the rollator yourself.
Important!
Check the rollator regularly to ensure its continued safety to the user.

Warranty
Human Care HC AB has high demands on our product quality and our warranty cover material and manufacturing faults of our products. The warranty is not covering wear and tear on wheel, brakes, handles grips and surface damages arisen after delivery. The warranty is valid if the product is used in the intended way and the maintenance instructions have been followed. The product identity needs to be readable. The product shall not have been modified or changed in any way after the delivery from Human Care. The warranty time is 1 year if noting else has been stated in contract. In case of product complaint please contact us for further instructions. The following information is needed to create a product complaint: Id number of the product, date for when the last maintenance were performed, customer contact person and failure description..
