Trust 71151 AGST-8800 Outdoor Wireless Wall Switch
Open wall switch
Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the button first.
Then place the flat screwdriver in the recess of the frame and lift the
screwdriver to unclip the frame from the back plate. Remove the rubber
protector.
Pair the wall switch with a receiver
To operate a receiver first you must pair the wireless wall switch with the
receiver. Put the receiver in learning mode (see the manual of the receiver to
activate the learning mode).
Give an ON signal on the wall switch when the learning mode of the receiver is
active. The receiver will give a confirmation that the pairing of the wall
switch has been successful.
Mount the wall switch
- A Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the button first.
- B Then place the flat screwdriver in the recess of the frame and lift the screwdriver to unclip the frame from the back plate.
- C Screw the back plate to a location with a flat surface (make sure the arrow on the back plate points up). After this, first place the rubber protection back on the backplate, then the frame and finally the push button.
Operating the wall switch
4a. Dimming
- Press the ON button to turn on the receiver.
- Press the ON button again to activate the dimmode. The light will slowly dim in a cycle.
- Press for the third time the ON button to secure the desired dim level.
- Press the OFF button to turn off the receiver.
4b. Switching On/Off
- Press the ON button to turn on the receiver.
- Press the OFF button to turn off the receiver.
4c. Open/Stop/Close
- Press the ON button to open the blinds. Press the ON button again to stop the blinds.
- Press the OFF button to close the blinds. Press the OFF button again to stop the blinds. Read the manual of the receiver to reverse the direction of the blinds.
4d. Activating wireless doorbell
Press the ON button to activate the melody of the wireless doorbell. For more information, see the manual of the receiver
Replace Battery
- A Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the button first.
- B Then place the flat screwdriver in the recess of the frame and lift the screwdriver to unclip the frame from the back plate. Remove the rubber protector.
- C Remove the battery by inserting the flat screwdriver into the slot and sliding the battery out.
- D When replacing the push button, make sure that the recess of the push button is on the same side as the recess of the frame
Insert a new CR2032 battery. Make sure the + side is facing up. The wireless wall switch is now ready for use again.
Unpair wireless wall switch
To unpair the wall switch put the receiver into learning mode. When the receiver is in learning mode give an OFF signal with the wall switch. The receiver will give a confirmation that the wall switch is unpaired.
Clear the memory of the receiver
Consult the manual of the receiver to erase its memory
