TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Make sure your battery is compatible
  • Make sure your battery is charged
  • Make sure plug is fully connected (unplug and re-plug in)
  • Disconnect the controller from the device and re-connect, making sure you hear an audible snap.

All batteries are different! Check your battery’s (Wh) capacity to determine exact run-time and capability. All testing was done using a Goal Zero Venture 75.

HEAT LEVELS

The controller displays the heat level on the OLED screen. This is NOT the temperature. Actual temperature is dependent on many variables including ambient air temperature, body temperature, placement and type of use.

MAX TEMPERATURES

  • Max temperature of the heating element (measured directly on the wire) = up to 130°F (54°C)
  • Effective max temperature of the pad surface (measured across pad area) = up to 95°F (35°C)
