Common problem
  1. The Ai Box can’t connect with car?
    Delete the CarPlay connected devices list on car and the mobile phone;

  2. If the Ai Box on blue led lighting status, but can’t access home menu?
    Please restore factory settings. then unplug the box and plug in again.

  3. Wi-Fi connect failed?
    Please make sure your mobile phone hotspot is turn on. If the car is non-touch screen, set the hotspot password in 12345678 please.

  4. Wireless CarPlay, Android Auto connect failed?
    Please check the mobile phone Bluetooth is turn on and connected with Ai Box.

  5. Online video playing freeze, GPS signal weak?
    Check the Ai Box position please, kindly advice don’t hide in the glove box , armrest box or any place will block the Ai Box signal.
