Display

  • Speed indicator: Displays the speed level.
  • Time indicator: Displays the training lime
  • On/Off button: Press to turn the device on and off.
  • Start/Stop button: Press to start or stop an exercise.
  • Speed/TlmeAdJustbutton: Press to increase the workout speed and duration.
  • Speed/Time Adjust button: Press to reduce the workout speed and duration.

Remote control functions

  1. Start/Stop button
  2. On/Off button
  3. Speed/Time Adjust button (increase)
  4. Speed/Time Adjust button (reduce)
  5. Program selection button
  6. M button: Speed shortcut button; press once for level
  7. press twice for level 10, and press three times for level 16.

Note:

  • Program mode: Pl, P2, P3 time and speed cannot be adjusted. The programs run fully automatically.
  • The remote control requires 1 x 3V CR2025 batteries (not included in delivery contents). Check that the batteries are inserted correctly. When using the remote control, point it at the display’s infrared receiver. The effective distance of the infrared signal is 2.5 metres.
  • Inserting the battery into the remote control: Loosen the screw on the battery compartment. Insert a CR2025 button cell battery. Make sure that the polarity is correct. Screw the battery compartment back in place.

  2. SHOULD THE DEVICE BE PASSED ON TO THIRD PARTIES, SO MUST THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL.
  3. The maximum load of the device is 120kg. Only one person is allowed to stand on the device at a time.
  4. Improper or excessive training can be detrimental to your health.
  5. If you have not exercised for a long time or if you have cardiovascular or orthopaedic problems, consult your doctor before using the device.
  6. Persons with high blood pressure, bronchitis, skin diseases, diabetes, physical limitations, or other medical conditions may only use this device under medical supervision.
  7. Use of the device is not recommended for persons with osteoporosis, cancer, heart disease, pacemakers, prostheses, or other implanted medical devices.
  8. Elderly people (over 60 years of age) should use this device appropriately and under supervision.
  9. Use of the device is not recommended during pregnancy or menstruation.
  10. Children must not use this device as a toy.
  11. This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced or restricted sensory, physical or mental abilities, or who lack experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or are instructed as to how the device works.
  12. Do not insert fingers or foreign objects into the gap between the middle and base covers.
  13. Do not use under the influence of alcohol.
  14. Wait at least one hour after eating before use.
  15. Place the device on a flat, stable and level surface before use.
  16. Leave a distance of at least 100 cm from walls and other objects. (# 10.)
  17. Before use, please remove any jewellery, mobile phones and other valuables, as well as keys and other sharp objects, in order to avoid damage or injury.
  18. To avoid injury, do not jump or kneel on the device while it is in operation.
  19. Only one person may stand on the device at a time.
  20. Do not place an excessive load on one side, due to the risk of tipping.
  21. Do not place any other devices or objects in addition to your own weight on top of the device.
  22. If the power supply is irregular, cease use of the device, and unplug it immediately.
  23. Keep the device away from damp places and direct sunlight; do not leave outdoors.
  24. Never allow the device to come into contact with liquids. Do not touch with wet hands, do not handle roughly, and do not smoke while using.
  25. If there is a problem with the power switch, do not touch the device, as this could result in an electric shock.
  26. Do not use the device when the room temperature is above 40°C.
  27. Only connect the device to a power supply that complies with the specifications.
  28. Do not operate the power switch with excessive force.
  29. Do not kink the cable or touch it with wet hands.
  30. Cease using the device if there is thunder or lightning outside; unplug the device immediately in the event of a storm.
  31. To avoid electrical interference, do not connect devices with high power consumption to the same outlet as the device.
  32. Only transport the device as illustrated.
  33. Never store flammable substances near the device.
  34. Do not mix new and old batteries or batteries of different brands in the remote control.
  35. This device complies with EN ISO 20957-1:2013, Class HC.
  36. WARNING: For sensitive floor surfaces (e.g. parquet) we recommend placing a non-slip and firm mat or a suitable carpet under the device. This prevents damage to and discolouration of your flooring.

OPERATING MODES

The device has 2 operating modes: manual and automatic
Manual mode: The user can set the duration and tempo of the exercise to suit their needs. Follow the instructions below when using this mode:

  1. Connect the device to the mains. Turn on the power switch.
  2. Press the On/Off button on the control panel or remote control.
  3. First select the duration of the exercise; this can be between 1 and 10 minutes. To lengthen or shorten the number of minutes, press the +/- button on the control panel or remote control. The remaining exercise duration appears in the time display.To switch between duration and speed, press the Speed/Time button on the remote control.
  4. Begin the exercise by pressing the Start/Stop button on the control panel or remote control. Now select the vibration speed. The speed levels range from 1 to 20. To set the tempo to the desired level, press the +/- button on the control panel or remote control.
  5. You can also quickly select the tempo with the M button on the remote control, where you can jump to levels 6, 10 and 16..
  6. You can stop the workout at any time by pressing the Start/Stop button on the control panel or remote control. Once you have completed your workout, switch off the device using the On/Off button on the control panel or the remote control.

Program mode : The device has 3 automatic training programs. The time and speed for each of these is preset, and cannot be adjusted. Follow the instructions below when using this mode:

  1. Connect the device to the mains. Turn on the power switch.
  2. Press the On/Off button on the control panel or remote control.
  3. There are 3 different exercise programs (P1, P2, P3) to choose from. Repeatedly press the P button on the control panel or the remote control until the desired program appears in the program display.
  4. Table 1 shows the exercise tempo and duration of each program.
  5. Once you have selected the desired program, start the program by pressing the Start/Stop button on the control panel or the remote control.
  6. You can stop the workout at any time by pressing the Start/Stop button on the control panel or remote control. Once you have completed your workout, switch off the device using the On/Off button on the control panel or the remote control.

USE OF THE DEVICE/ RECOMMENDED EXERCISES

For training: hips, buttocks
Stand with both feet on the device. Your legs should be roughly shoulder width apart. Now bend your knees
For training: thighs
Sit on a chair or sofa, and place both feet on the device
For training: thighs & calves
Lie on the floor and place both feet on the machine
For activating: legs
Kneel on the floor, rest your hands on the device, and lean your body forward
For training & activating: shoulder joints, arms

After it has been switched off, the device can be moved by lifting it up in the centre on both sides. Since the underside is fitted with suction feet, you need enough lifting force to overcome these.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

  • Before cleaning the unit, make sure the power switch is set to OFF and the power cord is unplugged.
  • You can use a clean and dry broom or brush to remove dust from the appliance.
  • The tread can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
  • Do not clean the device with caustic agents; these pose a risk of damage.
  • Clean the remote control with a clean, dry cloth. Do not clean with a damp cloth as it may lead to malfunctions.
  • If the device is left unused for an extended period of time, place it in the box and store it in a cool, dry place. Remove the batteries from the remote control.
  • If the device has a defect, follow the instructions in the „Troubleshooting“ section. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
  • The safety level of the device can only be maintained if it is regularly checked for damage and wear. If any part of the device is defective, do not replace it yourself. Please contact our customer service (contact information on the back). Cease using the device until it has been repaired. In particular, the power cable should be checked for wear.

TROUBLESHOOTING
