Installation Steps

1. Adjust the front axle and install the steering hook （Package No.1）

   • a. After the adjustment, insert a 5*12MM screw into the hole at the joint of the steering disc and lock it with M5 locknut to ensure that the steering joint can rotate easily from left to right
   • b. Insert the steering hook into the car body. (Referring to Picture 1 )

2. Install the rear axle（Package No.2）

   • a. Place the rear axle components on the car body , make the rear axle symmetrical on both sides.（Notes:the rear axle total length: 726 mm）
     (Referring to Picture 2)

3. Install the front wheel（Package No.3 ）

   • a. Put one washer on each side of front axle , then put one front wheel on each side of the front axle.
   • b. Put one washer on the outside of the front wheel and tight with one M10 locking nut.
   • c. Put the wheel cap aim at the wheel cover and tight with wheel cap.
     (Referring to Picture 3)

4. Install the rear wheel
   （Package No.4-1 Package No.4-2 Package No.4-3）

   • a. Install L drive motor into left rear axle, R drive motor into the right rear axle (Notes: Rear drive motor does not have motor protection cover).
   • b. First install the two rear drive wheels on both sides of the rear axle,put one washer on the outside of the rear wheel on the left and right, finally tight with one M10 locking nut.
   • c. Put the wheel cap aim at the wheel cover and tight with wheel cap.(Referring to Picture 4)

5. Install the steering wheel （Package No.5）

   • a. Firstly connect the steering wheel wire to dashboard wire.
   • b. Then insert steering wheel into the dashboard hole position ,align the steering rod hole with the steering wheel hole, insert ¢5*35mm bolt and tight with nut.(Referring to Picture5)

6. Install the front windshield and trunk floor （Package No.6-1 Package No.6-2）

   • a. Install the front windshield into the card slot of the car body, and then use two M4*12mm screws to tight it.
     (Referring Picture6)

7. Install the seat （Package No.7）

   • a. Put the seat backrest into the trunk bottom plate
   • b. Then put the seat into the seat backrest,and finally use two 4*12mm screws to tight it.
     (Referring Picture7)

8. Install the guide base
   （Package No.8-1 Package No.8-2）

   • a. First insert the guide base into the car body,then install the guide base.
   • b. Finally use four 4*14mm screws to tight it.

9. Power connection and the hood switch （Package No.9）

   • a. Firstly open the hood ,connect the power plug-in,and turn on the power switch on the dashboard, then power up.

10. Charging indication

    • a. When the power display shows less than two, which means the battery is lower power . Pls charge the battery .
    • b. In the charging mode ,the car is in the charging protection device.The car won’t be start. If the charger is removed from the charging socket ,the car becomes normal mode.

11. Dashboard indication

    • a. Power key Switch —(1)Turn on power key switch ,the light will be bright and there is engine sound.
      (2)Dashboard equipped with music function and it can connected cellphone,adjust the volume ,power display ,etc.

    • b. Steering wheel —The steering wheel equipped with music and horn, Children can adjust by themselves.

    • c. Switch of lighting system– (1) Lights can be turned on and off.

    • d. High-low speed switch – When manual for driving，Children can adjust the speed by themself.

    • e. Go forward/ Stop/ Back forward switch-When manual for driving，children can control to go forward or backward when they step on the foot pedal.

      4G Remote control instructions:

For the first time need to code ,this product has a momory function ,repl- acement battery next time ,you don not need to match the code once again.

1. Long press “M”button more than three seconds,until the first LED lights flashing.
2. Open body power ,first a long bright LED turns on the success of the code.
3. Remote control 10 seconds without operating automatic standby ,pressany key to wake up.
4. Key Description: Forward, Back, Left Right,  “S”  Speed, “P” Stop
5. Press the “S” key to set the speed, a light is low, two lights for medium-speed, three lights for high-speed,the car back with only medium-speed Press the “P” key to keep the brakes, the indicator full flash, press the brake button again to lift the brake.
   Note: the remote control should be used by adult, and children don´t touch.

Kind reminder

• Before the first use, make sure the battery has been charged over 18hours, otherwise it will be damaged forever.
• Do not drive the car on the slipped street.road,slop and other dangerous places.
• Do not drive the car on the smooth surface, such as marble and floor tile.
• The car is just for only one person.Do not be overweight. The maximum load is 30kg
• Do not transfer the swtch “go forward” to “go back”‘ during the advance.
• Do not change the line and charged device model.
• Keep the remote and remote control car far away from the rain, the wet thing and fire, in order that the circuit is not damaged.
• When the car meets some obstacle,it will stop. The car wil Imove again when the obstacle is moved.
• Do not drive the car in the water. Do not put the water or liquid on the car.
• Do not drive the car in the room to protect children and furniture.
• When the battery is in low power,the car just go forward,but not left or right. When it can not go farther or shake,you should change the new battery at once.
• Please turn off the power when the car is not driven. lf the car is not driven for a long time,please plug out the battery connector.

Kind reminder for charging:

• Make sure the battery has been charged over 18hours before the first use. Connect the charger connector to the battery connector,then insert the charger on the plug.
• After using 1 hour,you should charge in time. It takes 8 to 12 hours to charge normaly. Do not charge over 20 hours.
• It is normal to have some heat for charger and battery when it is charging.(low then 60°C) In order to protect charger,battery and circuit,please use the special charger and battery from our factory.
• Connecting terminal can not be a short circuit.
• Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
• Make the battery charge once a month at least when the car is not driven for long time.
• Charge the battery by the adult.

Chargers and battery maintenance:

1. First open the hood, unplug the power plug, then unscrew the battery strip, remove or place the battery, unscrew the battery strip, cover the hood.
2. Must be charged under Aduts inspection.
3. Batery poles must be connected corecidy(Red to Red, Back to Black)
4. Being short circuit is not alowed.

Battery using instructions

1. Pls.use two pieces of 1.5VAA batteries

2. 0pen the battery compartment cover and insert two1.5 VAAAbatt.
   Close the cover, Remove the battery in the same way.

3. Must use the rech rgeable battery to charge.

4. Must be charged under Adul’s inspection.

5. Taking out the batteries when charging.

6. Either diferent styles of batteries or new and old batteries can’t be used together.

7. Battery poles must be connected direcdly.

8. The expired or used up bateries must be taken out of the car.

9. Being short circuit is not allowed.
