Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.

The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

  • Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
  • Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
  • Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
  • Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
  • If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.

Please read this manual and the vehicle owner’s manual before using this product. Follow all safety rules and vehicle manufacturer’s operating instructions.

Instructions
  • We recommend that eye protection be worn when jump starting a vehicle.
  • Accidents can occur. In the event that an accident might occur, whereby any acid of foreign matter comes in contact with eyes, skin or clothing and contamination should occur, the foreign matter must be immediately flushed form the eyes, skin, or clothing. Contact a physician immediately.
  • Vehicles should not touch in order to limit any potential sparks.
  • If the batteries have vents or caps, place a cloth over them in order to discourage the formation of harmful gases. DO NOT SMOKE.
  • Consult your vehicle owner’s manual for jump starting instructions.
  • The engine should not be running in the vehicle being used to jump start the inoperative vehicle.
  • Carefully connect one red positive (+) cable end to the positive (+) port of the dead battery.
  • Carefully connect the other positive (+) end to the good battery.
  • Connect one of the negative (-) cable ends to the negative (-) post of the good battery.
  • Connect the other negative (-) end to an engine ground (NOT THE NEGATIVE BATTERY POST). Consult your vehicle owner’s manual.
  • Avoid all moving parts.
  • Step back from vehicle being jumped. Start the boosting vehicle first then engage the starter on the dead vehicle. Do not engage for extended period of time.
  • On vehicles with a computer, it is advisable to turn on the high beam lights to avoid a surge in voltage and to protect the vehicle’s computer. Consult your vehicle owner’s manual or contact your local automobile dealership.
  • After starting, carefully remove the cables in the reverse order.
