Operating Instructions

1. Connect the adapter to the DC Input Port to power the docking station. The LED indicator will light up.
2. Connect the USB-C connector to your USB-C device for power supply and connectivity expansion.
3. Power off the station when not in use.

Note: The Docking Station also works without an adapter, each port supplies power from your PC.

FAQ:

Question: Why is one screen not showing when 2 HDMIs are connected at the same time?
– Answer. This problem is usually caused by incorrect display settings on PC. Normally, when you only connect 1 HDMI, there are only options for minor or extend mode in the system settings. But when you connect 2 HDMIs, in addition to mirror and extend mode, you can also choose to display only one of the screen (whether the dual screens are displayed for the first time usually depends on the initial settings of the PC). So if one of the screens doesn’t show, maybe the display settings are wrong, please try adjusting to mirror or extend mode.

1. Normally, the docking station supports 4K 60Hz Max when using a single hdmi in Windows OS, and 4K 30Hz max when 2 HDMI using.
2. PC & Monitor &Connecting Cable shall support 4K 60Hz.
3. PC USB-C Port shall support DP1.4 Standard.
4. PC Graphics Driver shall support corresponding display mode.
