NOTE: Please read the complete owner’s manual carefully before operation.
- Press to power the unit on or off.
- Press to select and adjust each mode.
- HEAT
- DRY
- AUTO
- COOL
- FAN ONLY
- Press to lower settings including temperature and time.
- Press to raise settings including temperature and time.
- Press to select fan speed (Auto, Low, Medium or High). Auto is default.
- Press to control vertical angle of louvers and to redirect airflow.
- Press to display time of day.
- Press to start the timer. (Adjust with “+” and “” buttons.) See Owner’s Manual for more details.
- Automatically runs fan after unit is turned off, to remove moisture from coil.
- Press to select temperature display: indoor, outdoor or desired room temperature. (Adjust desired temperature with “+” and “” buttons.)
- Press to stop the timer. (Adjust with “+” and “” buttons.) See Owner’s Manual for more details.
- Press to boost cooling or heating airflow. Quickest way to reach preset temperature.
- Press to select SLEEP mode, for comfort control while sleeping. See Owner’s Manual for more details.
- Press to turn on lights on the unit’s Front Panel Display. Press again to turn off.

MODERN APPEARANCE
The Floor/Ceiling unit fits comfortably into virtually any living space. Slim
and compact, the cabinet sits inconspicuously on wall or ceiling, blending
into most interior designs.
UNIT DISPLAY
Large, easy-to-read display offers instant feedback on room setpoint,
operating mode and more. Display can be turned off if preferred.
MULTI FAN SPEEDS
Whether operating in either Cooling or Heating mode, the indoor fan can be set
to your choice of speeds (Low, Medium, High or Auto) to achieve maximum
comfort.
X-FAN MODE
In humid areas, this function allows indoor fan to run for a pre-determined
time after unit is turned off (in cooling or dry modes) to remove additional
moisture from coil.
INTELLIGENT DEFROST
This increases room comfort and saves energy by sensing the need for
defrosting and eliminating unnecessary defrost cycles.
POWER FAILURE MODE
Your settings and parameters are stored in non-volatile memory and are
retained during a power failure.
SWING LOUVER
Use the vertical swing louver button on wireless controller to select from
five air discharge directions, including Continuous Sweep. Maximize comfort by
adjusting direction of airflow.
SLEEP MODE
You design a cycle to automatically adjust room temperatures during your sleep
time, to maximize comfort and reduce utility bills.
TURBO MODE
When you wish to achieve the desired room temperature in the shortest possible
time, Turbo Mode runs the unit at ultra high speeds for quickest results.
INTELLIGENT PRE-HEATING
In heating mode, the system delays fan activation until the coil has warmed
up, to prevent blowing uncomfortable cool air into the room.
SELF-DIAGNOSIS
The built-in computer uses real-time diagnostics to continuously scan for
errors or malfunctions. Fault codes are shown on the unit display to
facilitate troubleshooting.

Why does the fan continue to run even when the unit is not cooling or heating?
To maintain consistent temperatures and minimize energy-loss from constant starts and stops, the fan keeps air flowing past the thermostat. -
What temperature is displayed on the remote controller?
The remote always displays your desired indoor temperature. (You may view current indoor and outdoor temperatures, as well as desired temperature, on the indoor unit’s Front Panel Display.) -
How often should I clean the air filters?
It is recommended that air filters be cleaned every three months to maintain peak performance and enhance the life of the unit.
