First, remove the battery cover on the bottom of the mouse. Insert your batteries according to the polarity symbols (+/-) indicated inside the battery compartment. Then, replace the battery cover.

There is no usb receiver? the instructions say it was in the mouse battery compartment, but there was nothing in there?
Received mine without USB receiver too. Returning for the same item since it looks VERY cool.
How do you turn the FN lock on?
Hold down the FN key and press the key above the backspace button.
If I leave my mouse for sometime, it goes to sleep and then I will have to turn off/on btn couple of times to get it working? how to get it working ?
It goes to sleep to preserve battery life. Simply click anywhere on your computer screen/monitor with your mouse to wake it up. You don’t need to turn it on and off to restart. If you do, yours is defective.
Do you have to hold down the FN key to make the f keys work? do they default to the media keys, or function keys?
As already said the default is media control, however there is a function lock. Unfortunately every time you power cycle the keyboard you’ll need to reset the function lock.
Is there a way to see the battery levels?
no there is not. once the red light lights up its time to charge. mine has been lasting a full week for a full work day.
Can you continue to use the mouse (or keyboard) while it is being charged?
Yes.
Has anyone else had issues with their backspace key not being very responsive?
Not with mine. it’s flawless.
How do you put in pair mode
You shouldn’t need to have it in pair mode. Just make sure that the dongle is plugged into your computer, and that the mouse and keyboard are both turned on. They both have an on/off switch. They should pair for you automatically when you have them on and the dongle plugged in to the computer.
Does the keyboard have backlit ?
No, at least mine isn’t.
Is there are driver specific to this product?
Although I think Plug and Play, you may have to go to control panel and follow process to add new wireless keyboard and mouse devices and select.
