You can use ear gels that fit your ears to improve Active Noise Canceling (ANC) performance and enjoy rich music sound. When you wear the earbuds, you will hear a wearing detection alarm.

How to pair

  • Turn on the Bluetooth function on the mobile phone or the device to be connected. Open the cover of the charging case with the earbuds mounted on the case. Ness and hold the touchpad of the left or right earbud for 3 to 5 seconds until the battery status indicator blinks in blue.
    After the initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the previously connected devices when turned on

  • The earbuds will disconnect from a connected device once they are placed back into the charging case and the cover is closed.

Answer / End call
Single tap the earbud(L) or (R) to Answer.

Double tap the earbud(L) or (R) to end call.

Reject call

Press earbud(L) or (R) for 2 seconds to reject a call (In-ear state)

Play / Pause music
Single tap the earbud(L) or (R) to play/pause music.

*Music is paused when both earbuds are removed from user’s ears.

Next song / Previous song
Triple tap the earbud(R) to play next song. (Available only when wearing both earbuds.)

Triple tap the earbud(L) to play previous song. (Available only when wearing both earbuds.)

Volume up/ Volume down
Double tap the earbud(R) for volume up. (Available only when wearing both earbuds.)

Double tap the earbud(L) for volume down. (Available only when wearing both earbuds.)

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)
The Active Noise Cancellation(ANC) function blocks any ambient sound. So, you can use the function to listen to music or watch a video without interference.

  • Notice: ANC is an acronym for Active Noise Cancellation
    Warning: When the moment of activation is Ambient, You may suddenly hear a loud ambient sound. Be careful about hearing damage. When the moment of activation ANC, You can’t hear ambient sounds. Be sure of your safety before activating ANC.
    Listen to the Ambient Sound (Ambient)
    The Listen to the Ambient Sound (Ambient) function allows you to listen to the ambient sound so that you can recognize the surrounding situation and any potential risks.

Touch and hold the left or right ear to switch between the ANC mode and the Ambient mode. You can set up ANC, and Ambient functions on the Mate Application. if you use the Ambient or ANC functions, the battery consumes faster, reducing the time you can use the product.
Wired Charging
When earbuds are fully discharged, they need to be charged for at least 20 minutes. Place earbuds in the appropriate slots inside charging case.

The earbuds and charging case charge simultaneously.

Wireless Charging
Align the bottom center of the charging case with the center of the wireless charger.

NOTE: The wireless charger is not provided. The wireless charging function may not work in some wireless chargers. Wireless charging feature charge at a slower rate due to less power being transmitted to the charging case.

Case LED Charging Indicator
If earbuds are mounted in the charging case, the earbuds battery syatus is displayed. Otherwise, the charging case’s battery syatus is displayed.

Connecting to Other Devices
Pairing Mode Open the ceder of the charging case with the earbuds mounted on the case Press and hold the taxi/pad of the left or right earbud for 3 seconds. The charging case LED will flash when in pairing mode.

If pairing is not completed within 3 minutes, the earbuds wi automatically exit from pairing mode. To re-enter pairing moot• follow the above pairing procedures.
How to Reset

  1. Open the cover of the charging case yeti) the earbuds mounted on the case.
  2. Dress and hold the touchpad of the felt or right easbud for 10 seconds
  3. when entering factory reset mode. the Charging case LED indicator flashes to green twice. then keep flashes Red.
  4. After a successful factory reset, it will automatically enter pairing and the charging case LED flashes green.

Duration of use may vary depending on the connected device, features being used, settings, signal strength, operating temperature, frequency band, and other methods of use.

  • Do not place the product near excessive heat or flammable material.

  • The product may be damaged if an incompatible recharger is used.

  • Do not pull the earphone cable with excessive force.

  • For your safety, do not remove the battery incorporated in the product.

  • The lithium-ion polymer battery is a hazardous component that can cause injury.

  • Battery replacement by an unqualified professional can cause damage to your device.

  • If the product is exposed to excessive sweat, clean the product.

  • Make sure to keep the eartips clean at all times.

  • Make sure to clean sweat and liquid before charging to prevent corrosion on the earbuds.

  • Using a power source other than the charger. such as a computer and auxiliary battery. may result in a slower charging speed due to a lower electric current.

  • The product may be heated when it is being charged. This is normal and the product will stop charging if the battery’s temperature rises over the threshold.

  • Contact customer service if products are not charging properly.

  • Do not use a damaged charger.

  • Do not apply excessive force to the product.

  • Do not wear the earbuds in your ears without eartips.

  • Do not pull the ear tip with excessive force.

  • Do not apply excessive pressure to the touchpad with your fingertips.

  • Do not tap the touchpad with a sharp object.

  • Do not store or use the product at extremely high or low temperatures.
    WARNING

  • Canal-type earphones may cause inflame when used for a big time or wear dirty (dust, sweat, etc.) on them.

  • Do not drop the product from a high place. – Make sure there is no water, alcohol, or benzene in contact with the product.

  • Do not store the product in a wet or dusty place.

  • Do not place heavy objects on the product.

  • It is not waterproof and should not be submerged in water. (Product is sweat and water resistant IPx4 )

  • Make sure that an infant, child, or pet does not swallow, suck a put in your mouth.

  • Do not wear the earbuds in high-traffic areas, such as roads or crosswalks. Doing so may result in accidents due to slowed reaction times.

  • Do not wear earbuds in driving for your safety.

  • The headset contains magnets in its earbuds. The American Heart Association (US) and the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (UK) both warn that magnets can affect the operation of Implanted pacemakers, cardioverters, defibrillators„ insulin pumps, or other electromedical devices (collectively,

‘Medical Device) within the range of 15 cm (6 inches). If you are a user of any of these Medical Devices,
DO NOT USE THE HEADSET UNLESS YOU HAVE CONSULTED WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN. Do not store your headset near magnetic fields. Magnetic stripe cards, including credit cards, phone cards, passbooks, and boarding passes, may be damaged by magnetic fields.
– **** Avoiding hearing damage Permanent hearing loss may occur if you use your headset at a high volume. Set the volume to a safe level. Over time you can become accustomed to a higher volume that may sound normal but can be damaging to your hearing. If you experience ringing in your ears or muffled speech, stop listening and have your hearing checked. The louder the volume, the less time that is required before your hearing could be affected.
– Using headsets safely Use of headsets to listen to music while operating a vehicle is not recommended and is illegal in some areas. Be careful and attentive while driving.Stop using this device if you find it disruptive or distracting while operating any type of vehicle or performing any other activity that requires your full attention.

Bluetooth® connection precautions
– To avoid problems when connecting your headset to another device, place the devices close to each other.
– Ensure that your headset and the other Bluetooth® device are within the Bluetooth° connection range (10 m). The distance may vary depending on the environment in the devices are used.
– Ensure that there are no obstacles between the headset and a connected device, induding human bodies, walls, comers, fences, etc.
– If equipment uses 2.4GHz frequency nearby, it may cause interference.
Potentially explosive atmosphere Turn off your electronic device when in any area with a potentially explosive atmosphere. Although this is uncommon, your electronic device could generate sparks. Sparks in such areas could cause an explosion or fire resulting in bodily injury or even death. Areas with a potentially explosive atmosphere are often but not always clearly marked.
Emergency calls
This Bluetooth® headset and the electronic device connected to t headset, operate using radio signals and mobile and landline networks, as well as user- programmed functions, which cannot guarantee connection under all conditions. Therefore you should never rely solely upon any electronic device for essential communications (e.g., medical emergencies). Remember, in order to make or receive calls, the headset and the electronic device connected to the headset must be switched on and in a service area with adequate mobile signal strength. Emergency calls may not be possible on all mobile phone networks or when certain network services and/or phone features are in use. Check with your local service provider. the battery to extreme temperatures, never above +50°C (+122°F) or below -10°C (+14°F). For maximum battery capacity, use the battery at room temperature. If the battery is used in low temperatures, the battery capacity will be reduced. The battery can only be charged in temperatures between +10°C (+50°F) and +45°C (+113°F). The battery is consumable and the useful charge will get shorter over time. This device was tested in compliance with FCC RF Exposure limit. (0 mm distance from human head/body (limit 1.6 W/kg @ 1g SAR) and extremity (limit 4.0 W/kg @ 109 SAR)).

Standard Limited Warranty

Bluecom declares product warranty as described in the user manual. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. If the purchase date has not been identified, the warranty period will be counted as three months after the date of manufacture.

  • What is not covered under warranty?
    This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the Product. This Umited Warranty does not cover: (a) defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt, neglect, or unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress; (b) scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by BLUECOM; (c) defects or damage resulting from excessive force; (d) equipment that has the serial number or the QR code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible; (e) ordinary wear and tear; (f) defects or damage resulting from the use of Product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by BLUECOM; (g) defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by BLUECOM, including but not limited to installation of unauthorized software and unauthorized root access, both of which shall void this limited warranty; (h) defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning,
    earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source; (9 defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses or other software problems introduced into the Product; or (j) Product used or purchased outside the United States. This Limited Warranty covers batteries only if battery capacity falls below 80% of rated capacity or the battery leaks, and this Limited Warranty does not cover any battery if the battery has been charged by a battery charger not specified or approved by BLUE COM for charging the battery.

  • How to obtain Warranty Service
    To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you must return the Product to BLUECOM’s designated location in an adequate container for shipping, accompanied by the sales receipt or comparable proof of sale showing the original date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser, the serial number of the Product and the seller’s name and address. To obtain assistance on where to deliver the Product, please E-mail BLUECOM support desk at support@bluec.co.kr. If BLUECOM determines that any Product is not covered by this Limited Warranty, you must pay all parts, shipping, and labor charges for the repair or return of such Product.
