Assembly
WARNING: Do not attempt to modify or repair the appliance
Wall Mounting
The product can be wall mounted, if desired, using the wall mount bracket, screws and anchors supplied. To wall mount, the vac, refer to figures A, B, C, and D.
- Figure A – Mark the location of the screw holes (within reach of an electrical outlet for charging the vac while it is on the wall bracket).
- Figure B – Insert the charger cord into the curved slot in the wall mount bracket leaving approximately 8-9 inches (203 mm-227 mm) excess as shown.
- Figure C – Hang the vac on the wall by placing the opening on the base of the vac over the hooks in the wall mount bracket.
- Figure D – Insert the jack plug into the charging socket.
Charging the battery
WARNING: For use only with the supplied charger. From the new, the rechargeable cells of the product need a minimum charge time of 16 hours to ensure full power. We suggest you fully discharge the product when it is used for the first time as this will help the cells recharge faster.
- The switch must be in the off (“O”) position, the product will not charge if it is in any other position.
- Figure E – Plug the jack plug of the charger into the charging socket of the tool. Plug the charger into any standard 120 Volt 60 Hz electrical outlet.
While charging, the charger may get warm, this is perfectly normal and safe. It is safe to leave the appliance connected to the charger indefinitely. The charger automatically reduces power consumption when charging is complete.
WARNING
- Do not charge the battery at ambient temperatures below 39°F (4°C) or above 104°F (40°C).
Use
Switching on and off
- Figure F – To start, slide the On/Off switch forward (i.e. “O”= Off, “I” = On).

Cleaning and emptying the product
WARNING: Projectile/ Respiratory Hazard: Never use the vac without its filter.
NOTE: The filter is reusable, do not confuse it with a disposable dust bag, and do not throw it away when the product is emptied. We recommend that you replace the filter every 6-9 months depending on the frequency of use. There are two methods of cleaning the bowl, a quick empty method, and a thoroughly clean method.
For a quick empty (figures G, H)
- Figure G – Press in on both nozzle release buttons on the sides of the nozzle and remove the nozzle by pulling straight off.
- Figure H – Empty the dust from the bowl.
- For more thorough cleaning, remove the bowl as described below.
For a more thorough cleaning (figures I & J)
- Figure I – Remove the dust bowl by pressing the bowl release button and pulling the bowl straight off.
- Remove the filter from within the bowl.
- Remove the cloth filter and shake or lightly brush any loose dust off both.
- Figure J – The dust bowl and filter can be washed in warm soapy water. Allow drying before placing back into the vac.
- Place the filter back into the bowl pressing firmly to ensure a secure fit.
- To replace the dust bowl, place it back onto the handle until it “clicks” firmly into position.
- IMPORTANT: Maximum dust collection will only be obtained with a clean filter and an empty dust bowl. If dust begins to fall back out of the product after it is switched off, this indicates that the bowl is full and requires emptying.
- Wash the filters regularly using warm, soapy water and ensure that it is completely dry before using them again. The cleaner the filter is, the better the product will

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

FAQ’s
How do I know if the filter needs to be replaced?
The filter indicator light will turn red when the filter needs to be replaced.
How often should I clean the dustbin?
We recommend cleaning the dustbin after every use.
What is the best way to clean the dustbin?
To clean the dust bin, remove it from the unit and empty it into a trash can. Wipe out any excess dirt or debris from inside the dust bin. Do not wash with water or put in dishwasher.
Have you just purchased this, and how come it barely lasts for around two minutes of use? Is this standard? Is the battery defective in some way?
My charge often lasts for 20 to 30 minutes after a couple of hours of charging. You might need to charge for the first 24 hours and then monitor. If not, ask the business for a replacement. This hand vacuum is strong and can fit in any place.
With the extension extended, what is the general reach of this?
The nozzle extends to its entire 13-inch length “from the line that joins the nozzle to the transparent container. The size of the main nozzle is 8 3/8 “to the end starting at the same connection point.
How loud is it right now?
Very little noise is present.
Why do we need batteries if they can be recharged?
The device needs a battery to operate. No battery will be required for purchase. Internally, there is a battery present.
Does it have a wall-mounted charging plug that you can use to charge it?
Yes, this model has a charger with a wall-mount jack connection.
Can it pick up tiny glass shards?
It does, indeed. It has sufficient power to remove a small piece of glass, though I’m not sure about bit-sized chips. I choose not to test it.

How does it get charged? Would I require a second 220 v charger?
It has a built-in charger that connects to a conventional 110-volt outlet.
Is the input 110-240 volts? I can’t view the charging adapter data and I see contradictory responses.
The output is only 110.
What am I doing wrong if my new vacuum has no suction?
It must be completely charged, and the filter and attachments must be properly turned on.
Is the suction powerful enough to pick up cat food and cereal for toddlers from the floor?
It works excellent for sucking up dry cat food from my kitchen floor.
