Overview
The Ideas Portal for Apiture is your launchpad to helping Apiture better serve
you. Alongside of all Apiture clients, your institution will be able to
create, comment on and vote for ideas for innovation as part of your service.
Your institution will be requested to set up a general active email address
for accessing the portal. Once your access has been configured, an email will
be generated from Aha! with your Apiture account details. The email will
instruct you to set up your password. One email address is supported per
institution.
Ideas
Ideas are just what they sound like: your ideas on enhancements and innovation
to improve your Apiture services. Your institution can create new ideas,
comment on ideas from other financial institutions (FIs) which are anonymous,
and vote on other ideas.
Ideas are segmented by category, target end users, target deliver channels,
whether or not they are dependent upon 3 party integrations and where you
would be interested in potentially funding with other clients. Learn more

Subscribing
You can Subscribe to ideas that you create (automatically subscribed) or other
ideas. When you Subscribe, you will be notified via email of any comments,
changes and updates to the idea.
Votes
Votes are your institution’s way to impact enhancements you would like to see
implemented for your Apiture services. Your institution will have a total of
15 votes. You can vote up to 3 times for an individual idea.
The Vote icon will appear next to existing deas,
and you can click on the icon to select the number of votes you wish to add
to an idea.| You can take back one or more votes by
clicking the VOTE dropdown nd selecting to subtract your votes.| When you
have used all of your allotted votes, you will no longer be able to vote,
unless you remove
votes from the other ideas on which you voted for previously.
Note: When you Add an Idea for Digital Banking , if you have votes
left, you will automatically vote once for your idea.
If an idea gains enough support, it will be promoted into our product backlog
for future development efforts.
Assigning your email, username and password
Apiture will send you an email through Aha! to create your password. Your FI
will have one login account, and you are free to provide the login credentials
to any number of your internalteam members. You will be requested to provide
Apiture with the email for the account. The email address nust be an active
email address as updates will be sent from the portal regarding submitted
ideas and other activities within the portal.
If you have not already supplied Apiture with the email your institution
wishes to use, you can submit a request to the Apiture Support Team through
the Apiture Support Site, emailing
customersupport@apiture.com or calling
1-800-421-1105.
Once you account has been created by an Apiture administrator, you will
receive an email to claim your account and create your password.
Follow the instructions to establish your password to proceed to log in. The
email address you provided will be your account user name.

Forgot your password
Select the Forgot Password Link and follow the steps to reset your password.
Note: The Forgot Password link requires you to input the email for the
account, and a reset link will be sent to that email. Your access to that
email account is required for a password reset.

Tabular Options
Recent: Ideas sorted by submission date.
Trending: Ideas sorted by most activity (comments and votes).
Popular: Ideas sorted by number of votes.
Left Sidebar
Click on the following to show your activity:
My Ideas: Ideas that you or your institution have created
My votes: Ideas you have voted on.
My subscriptions: Ideas you have subscribed to.
Note : Subscribing to an idea does not require a vote. You can easily
view filtered ideas using the following:
Filter By Status
Needs Review: The Aperture Product Team may not have reviewed this idea
yet or may have requested further details from the person who submitted the
idea or a commenter.
Future Consideration: The idea has merit in terms of discussions among
the product team and possibly previous discussions with other clients or
within the industry. It will be monitored for additional comments and ranking
based upon client voting.
Already Exists: The feature/product already exists today. Enabling this
feature/product may need configurations specifically for your institution
(requiring a work order or amendment for implementation).
No Implementation Planned: The idea does not seem directly in line with
the product vision or roadmap of the Apiture Digital Banking products.
Planned: The idea is being promoted to the general Apiture product
backlog for future development efforts. No timeline has been designated yet.
Watch upcoming quarterly previews and release notes as well as additional
comments for more details.
Shipped: The idea has been fully developed and implemented within our
production environment. Enabling this feature/product may require
configuration for your institution, requiring a work order or amendment for
implementation.

Ideas will be binned into categories chosen by the idea creator and confirmed
by the Apiture team. Refer to Categories below for more information.
Click on any idea to learn more about it, comment, and vote. Learn more in the
Viewing Ideassection.
Adding a New Idea for Digital Banking

- Describe your idea, add links and attach files, etc.
Note : the more details you provide, the more others can understand your
idea and thepotential value of the idea as it applies to them.

- Select one or more end users groups from the list as appropriate, one-at-a-time.

Target delivery channels
• Select one or more delivery channels from the list as appropriate, one-
at-a-time.
o Alternate Delivery Channel (such as Alexa, Digital Watch, etc.)
o Online
Dependent upon 3party integrations?
• Select Yes or No for whether this idea will be dependent on 3 party
integrations with a non-Apiture and non-client entity.
Interested in potentially funding with other clients?
• Select Yes or No as to whether you would consider helping to fund this
service to be created.
Click Share Idea to publish your idea.
Viewing Ideas
- Commenting
o Enter a comment, question or attach a file.
▪ Formatting options are included within the comment box.
o Click Post Comment.
Notes: Commenting does not require a vote. Comments are anonymous by institution.
• Voting
o Click on the Vote drop down menu and select to use 1, 2 or 3 votes for the idea.
o Your institution will receive 15 votes total. If one of your voted-on items is moved to the product backlog, you will be re-awarded those votes.
• Subscribing
o Click the Subscribe button to be notified via email about actions on an idea. Emails are sent to your login email address.
o You are automatically subscribed to ideas you submit.
o Once you have clicked Subscribe, the button will change to Unsubscribe. You can opt out by clicking Unsubscribe.
From this screen, you can also Search ideas, navigate to your profile and sign out, and see Related ideas to the current viewed idea.
Editing Your Profile
Edit your profile by finding your username in the top right of your screen, or the bottom of the left screen on the Home page view. This is included on every screen view. By selecting the drop down menu, you can click Edit Profile. If you need to make changes to your account name, password, etc., you can contact the Apiture Support Team through the Apiture Support Site, emailing customersupport@apiture.com or calling 1-800-421-1105.
