INSTALLATION OF THE REMOTE CONTROL
USING THE REMOTE CONTROL
- Accelerate the treadmill
- Decelerate the treadmill
- On/off switch
The remote uses a 2.4G radio control. Connect the remote control to your device so that it does not interfere with other treadmills.
How to connect your remote:
- Connect the treadmill and turn it on. The LEDs brighten after a long “ring”.
- Press the remote control [SPEED +] and [SPEED] buttons simultaneously, release the the buttons until the red lamp and the green lamp light up alternately. Now you will hear two sounds, and the LEDs go off. The remote control and the treadmill are connected.
Starting function: In standby mode, press the START/STOP button to start the
treadmill.
Stop function: Press the START/STOP button for approx. 3 seconds to stop the
treadmill directly.
Pause function: Briefly press the START/STOP button once to pause the
treadmill. The device continues to record the data.
Quick stop function: Press START / STOP 3 times or more to stop the treadmill
instantly.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
- To test if the remote is connected to the treadmill, press the “SPEED +” or “SPEED” button once. A sound will be played now. If only one sound is heard, there is a stable connection. If a sound is played twice, the connection is faulty. If no sound is heard at all, reconnect the remote to the device as described above.
- If the remote control is successfully connected but not working, disconnect the treadmill from the power supply. Then repeat the connection process.
- If you press a button on the remote control and the treadmill does not move despite the LED flashing, change the batteries in the remote control.
REMOTE CONTROL SAFETY INFORMATION
- Remove the batteries when they are weak or when the device is not going to be used for a long period of time to avoid the risk of leaking batteries.
- Do not disassemble or heat the batteries in any way.
- Do not recharge batteries or throw them into any fire. Risk of explosion!
- Do not drop the batteries or apply excessive pressure on the remote control.
- Pay attention to the polarity (+) and (-). Open the battery cover to find the labels.
- The battery must be correctly positioned and please ensure that the battery spring is in contact with the battery.
- There is a risk of explosion if you insert the batteries the wrong way round.
- The batteries should never come into contact with water.
- Always replace all batteries at the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
- Dispose of the batteries in an appropriate designated place.
- For safety reasons, unauthorized alterations and / or changes to the remote control are not permitted. Do not open the housing of the remote control – except to change the battery – otherwise the warranty will expire.
- Do not expose your remote control to excessive heat, such as in a car parked in the sun. Your remote control should never be dried in a microwave or oven. Chemicals in cosmetics, hairspray, perfume, aftershave, sunscreen, and insect repellent can damage the remote control. Put your remote control away before using such products and do not use the remote control until such products have dried.
- Warning: Danger of suffocation if batteries or other small parts are swallowed. The remote control, its parts and its batteries should be kept out of the reach of children and persons who could swallow these parts or otherwise injure themselves with them. If a battery or a small part is swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
INSTALLATION OF THE ACCESSORIES (OPTIONAL)
Firmly tighten all component parts and pre-assembled parts!
The handle is not included and can be bought additionally.
To install the handle, follow these 3 steps:
WALL MOUNT INSTALLATION
The wall holder can be mounted in two different ways. Either fixed firmly to
the wall, or using an adhesive strip
For fixed installation on the wall, please follow these steps:
To attach the wall holder using the adhesive strip, follow the steps above and just leave out the expansion screws and rather use the adhesive strip to fix it.
Finally, hook your device to the holder. You can also use the bracket to place your tablet PC.
INSTALLATION OF THE STAND
SPEED
These values refer to a test person with 65 Kg. Therefore a deviation of approx. 10% can occur.
MAINTENANCE
Caution: Prior to maintenance, make sure that the power plug of the treadmill is pulled out.
CLEANING:
Remove dust regularly to keep the parts clean and for sustained durability. Be
sure to wear clean athletic shoes to avoid dirt getting into the treadmill.
Treadmills are cleaned with a damp cloth, and with a little soap. Be careful
not to moisten the electrical components and the running surface.
CAUTION:
Make sure the power plug is pulled out before removing the motor cover, clean
the interior of the device at least once a month, and ensure that the
electrical components do not get wet.
The footboard and running belt of the electric tread was lubricated in the factory. The friction between the running belt and the footboard has significant impact on the product life and the performance of the electric tread, so a regular application of grease is required.
APPLY SILICONE OIL:
Place the treadmill on the side, tilt it by 45°, then lift the running belt.
Allow a small amount of oil to flow into the centre of the footboard, as shown
in the following illustrations.
Note: Please use the oil ecologically.
If the surface of the running belt is damaged, please contact our customer
service.
We recommend using lubricant between running belt and running deck as per the
following schedule:
In order to protect your treadmill optimally and prolong its service life, it is recommended to switch it off for approx. 10 minutes if you do not use it for a while during a session.
ADJUSTING/ALIGNING THE RUNNING SURFACE:
In order to maximise use of the treadmill, it is vital that the running
surface is optimally adjusted.
ALIGNMENT:
Place the device on the flat floor. Run the device at medium speed (in the 5.
gear). (See the following illustrations) When the running surface is closer to
the left side, turn the left adjusting bolt clockwise with a quarter turn,
using the 6mm hex wrench.
If the running belt is closer to the right side, turn the right adjusting bolt anti-clockwise by a quarter turn, using the 6mm hex wrench.
IF THE RUNNING BELT IS TOO LOOSE AND SLIPPING:
Turn on both sides the adjusting screws by a quarter of a turn clockwise, if
necessary, adjust deviations as in the above methods.
MULTI-V-BELT ADJUSTMENT:
If you use the treadmill for a long time, the multi-V-belt becomes loose due
to abrasion, To ensure safe use, you must make an adjustment.
If it appears the so-called pause phenomenon is occurring during running, the
multi-V-belt may be too loose, and further adjustment is necessary.
If the belt can run freely, the tightness is appropriate.
If the running belt is halted, but the multi-V-belt and the roller are still
running, it indicates that the running belt is loose and appropriate
adjustments must be made to ensure safe use.
If you notice that the running belt and the multi-V-belt are halted, but the
motor is still running, it indicates that the multi-V-belt is loose and
appropriate adjustments must be made to ensure safe use.

DISPOSAL
Dear customers,
As an end user, you are legally obliged to collect waste electrical and
electronic equipment and batteries as well as accumulators separately from
municipal waste. We want to make this as easy as possible for you. Please note
the information on this page and on the back.
Notes on EU directive 2012/19/EU (in Germany implemented in ElektroG (Law about electric and electronic devices); elsewhere implementation may differ)
We advise owners of electric and electronic equipment that waste electrical and electronic equipment must be collected separately from municipal waste in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. The symbol of a crossed-out garbage can, which is shown on waste electrical and electronic equipment, also indicates the obligation to collect this waste separately.
B. Notes on disposal and symbols for an electrical appliance based on EU Directive 2006/66/EU (in Germany in accordance with the Battery Act (BattG); elsewhere, implementation may differ)
Old batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of with household waste. As an end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. The symbol with the crossed-out garbage can means that you are not allowed to dispose of old batteries in the household waste.
Use the official collection points for this, such as the collection points of public waste disposal carriers. You can also return used batteries to retail outlets, provided they sell batteries. If the symbol Cd, Hg, or Pb is displayed under the symbol of the crossed-out garbage can, this is an indication that the battery contains either cadmium, mercury or lead. These are toxic heavy metals that not only pose significant risks to the environment but also to human health.
Recycling loop
Packaging material can be conveyed back to the raw material cycle. Dispose of
packaging material in accordance with legal provisions. Information can be
retrieved from the return or collections systems of your community.
