Heater/BlowerSystem Removaland Installation
- 9 – 1 Remove the back panel of thefireplace by removing the screwssurrounding the backplate Heater/ Blower connected bytop panel and screw
- 9 – 2 When the back panel is removed,there is a Heater/Blower connected tothe top panel.
- 9 – 3 Remove the 4 screws on the toppanel as seen in the below picture(combined with the heater system).
- 9 – 4 It is recommended to place thefireplace flat on the surface, with thefront glass facing down. Unplug the main heater connector and turn the heater moduleup with the heating coils facing upwards. Please note it will be necessary to cut cable ties on the wires from the heater module.
- 9 – 5 There are two wires coming out ofthe module, and 5 connector pins onthe heater module.
- 9 – 6 Unplug Pin 1 (orange wire) andconnect to the corresponding pin onthe new heater module.
- 9 – 7 Unplug Pin 2 (red wire & wire B),combine the red wire and wire B fromthe new heater module, and connect to the corresponding pin on the newheater module.
- 9 – 8 Unplug Pin 3 (blue wire & wire A),combine the blue wire and wire A fromthe new heater module, andconnect to the corresponding pin onthe new heater module.
- 9 – 9 Unplug Pin 4 (blue wire) andconnect to the corresponding pin onthe new heater module.
- 9 – 10 Unplug Pin 5 (blue wire withwhite cover) and connect to thecorresponding pin on the new heatermodule. Reconnect the main heater connector
