This product is not a toy! Keep out of the reach of children and pets. If you
have health problems, please consult a doctor before use. Check the product
for wear and/or damage prior to each use and only use the product when it is
in perfect condition. It is not permitted under any circumstances to wrap the
rope around your head, neck or chest. Avoid injury and only use the product in
rooms where you can keep sufficient distance from other people. Avoid direct
sunlight and radiator heat. Store in a dry place. The attachment strap may
only be mounted on installations of sufficient strength, such as solid wooden
or metal stands. In case of an attachment hook, the hook and ceiling must be
of sufficient strength. Assembly should be performed by an adult. After
assembly, the sturdiness should be checked by an adult. Attach the product
with sufficient distance from other objects, so that no-one can get injured.
Pay attention to the radius that the cable could reach when swinging.
ASSEMBLY:
- Attach the strap to a hook in a ceiling or stand.
- Attach the carbine hook to the strap.
- Open the pulley with the open-end spanner, place the cable and fasten the pulley again by means of the spanner.
- Attach the pulley to the carbine hook.
- Attach both ends of the cable to a carbine hook.
- Attach the loading pen with the required weights to the carbine hook (weights not included with the delivery).
- Attach the triceps rope to the carbine hook.
