SAFETY WARNING

WARNING! Please read and understand all instructions.
Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious personal injury.

Switching Power Supply

PSU(SMPS) convert AC to DC, output current depends on the requirements of the power consuming equipment. Simultaneous power supplies for devices different currents/watts. Used for DC 12V Pump, Winch, Car Jack, Car Stereos, Amplifier, Radios, Air Compressor, LED Light Strip, CCTV Security Camera, Brushless Motor, Household Appliances, Electronic Devices,  Automation Equipment, Computer Project, Servos, etc
Cannot be used on the: Programming / Adjustable-Speed Motor/PWM Motor/ Dimming Light / Plant Light / DC Power Controller

WIRING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. AC INPUT
Flip the red switch on the side of the power supply to the 110V (or 220V) position to make sure the AC voltage is correct.

The model example for introduction:S-600-12
Model example for S-600-12 : Single voltage output, output voltage DC 12V, rated output power 600w, Peak current 50A. For safety, Load recommended is (80%) 0~40A, 0~480W. Load for motor is (50%) 0~25A, 0~300W.

Main Parameter

  • Output voltage Range Of Difference:±1%

  • Efficiency: >83%

  • Leakage current: <1mA / 230V

  • Input voltage:AC 110V (85-145V ) / 220V(185-265V)
    When AC 85-145V, Frequency 60Hz, Efficiency >83%
    When AC 185-265V, Frequency 50Hz, Efficiency >73%

  • Working Temperature: -10 ~ + 60 ℃

  • Working Humidity: 20 ~ 90% RH

  • Storage Temperature: -20 ~ + 85 ℃

  • Storage Humidity: 10 ~ 95% RH

  • Cooling method: Fan (Cooling Fan has wind noise.)

PROTECTION:

Overload / Overvoltage / Overcurrent / Short-circuit protection: When the output terminal is short-circuited, pause output

Choose

  1. If the rated power of the provided equipment is unknown, it can be gotten by the rated current of the provided equipment times the voltage of the provided equipment (current * voltage = power). Users should choose the Power Supply with the rated power 20%-30% higher than real service power and peak power.
  2. If running 24*7 hours, the load does not exceed 40%.
  3. For device, SMPS power ≥ device power × 1.25 times. For Motor device, the peak power of the SMPS needs to be more than 2 times the power of the Motor.
  4. For stepping motor and brushless motor: the maximum service power/current should not be 50% higher than the rated power or current of Power Supply.

NOTES

  1. The Indoor Power Supply should be kept away from fog! Avoid damage to the Power Supply due to moisture.
  2. Avoid electromagnetic interference and be 3m/10ft away from power amplifier.
  3. Maintenance service: The use in the environment not in the specified scope or artificial damages will make you loose free maintenance service.
  4. Strong recommended to install by a licensed electrician!
  5. If the power grid is in a bad environment, please take steps to improve the stability and reliability of power supply in use.
  6. If the voltage of power grid fluctuates greatly or undervoltage or overvoltage emerges frequently, please consider installing a stabilizer with enough power or input overvoltage/undervoltage protector before turning on Power Supply.
  7. If there is any large powered device on power grid, please consider installing a supporting AC filter before turning on Power Supply.
  8. When ambient humidity and temperature exceed the upper limit, reduce output power according to power output curve. Otherwise, Power Supply may not start or output normally.
  9. Frequent cut-off and connection, abnormal input, abnormal use, ambient temperature, ambient humidity(absolutely dry), dust and abnormal acid and alkali pollution will shorten the service life of Power Supply.
