Please comply with the following instructions in order to receive product services completely:

  1. Have the certificate of warranty stamped by the seller while purchasing the product.
  2. If the product is acquired through promotion, have the certificate of warranty stamped by our nearest authorized seller.
  3. The receipt serves as a warranty. It must be presented in case of malfunction. Please contact the seller for any requests, complaints and suggestions regarding the product.
  4. We would kindly request from your esteemed side to read attentively all the instructions in this manual completely before using this unit and keep it as a reference source in order to use this product, in the most efficient way, which is produced in our modern facilities in accordance with social quality principles.
  5. Please call customer services for your service requests with regard to your product.
  6. If the unit does not operate in first start or is out of order please ask for help from Distributor’s Consumer Advisory hotline.
  7. The product has a service life of 10 years when used according to specifications.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Foot Warmer has been adjusted for 220-240 V. Therefore use the convector only with the Alternative Voltage (AC) and sufficient current rated power outlets.
  • Use your Foot Warmer with grounded plug socket. Our company will not be deemed responsible for the damages caused due to usage without the application of grounding.
  • Use Foot Warmer properly as stated in the operating manual. Always use your warmer at a position horizontal to the ground and so as to keep the electronic dashboard at the top.
  • Never use it in a perpendicular or upside-down position.
  • Unplug of your Foot Warmer from the mains socket while not in use for long periods and before cleaning.
  • Do not place the cord in traffic areas otherwise it may be tripped over.
  • Protect your Foot Warmer against impacts and crushes during carriage, assembly and usage.
  • Do not use your Foot Warmer for any other purpose than its intended use for. Do not place cloth thereon.
  • Do not operate in areas where gasoline, paint or other flammable liquids are used or stored.
  • Do not immerse Foot Warmer in liquid, as this may cause the device to malfunction. (IP66)
  • Protect the heating cable of your Foot Warmer against potential tension possibilities. Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
  • Do not operate appliance with wet hands always ensure that hands are dry before operating any switch on the product or touching the plug.
  • Avoid using the Foot Warmer with oiled shoes.
  • Do not put anything under the Foot Warmer, such as wooden pallet, end table, etc.
  • Be cautious when approaching machines behind the Foot Warmer.
  • Take precautions to prevent the plug and socket from coming into contact with water.
  • Do not use on wooden or textile surfaces (carpet, rug etc.).
  • Temperature may lead to yellowing and discoloration.
  • Children younger than 8 years old are not allowed to use the device. They should not plug the device into the socket, do adjustments or cleaning, or perform user maintenance.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Use only original spare parts in your device.

  • Keep Foot Warmer away from flammable materials.
  • Do not insert or allow foreign objects or metal parts to enter any grill opening, as this may cause an electric shock or fire damage to the appliance.
  • Do not position the appliances close to curtains or other combustible materials. Keep combustible materials at least 1.0 m away from the heater.
  • Step on Foot Warmer wearing slippers or shoes, don’t step on it with barefoot and don’t sit on the warmer.
  • Appliance is for indoor use only, do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  • While you use Foot Warmer, obey fire safety rules defined by current laws. Make sure that there is at least 1 m of distance between the device and furniture such as curtain, etc.
  • When you need to replace Foot Warmer cable you must consult with a competent electrician about the replacement. Do not use the appliance in the meantime.
  • In case of any breakdown in Foot Warmer, contact nearest authorized seller. Do not operate your device in the meantime.
  • Do not install the heater directly below a socket.
  • Always switch off and let cool down before moving.
  • Using the device follow the rules of fire safety, which are stipulated by current legislation.
  • Use the device with care near sinks, showers and pools so as to avoid slipping.
  • Call the nearest authorized dealer in case of a breakdown or when you have to change the network cable of your Foot Warmer. Do not operate your heater.

GENERAL OVERVIEW AND TECHNICAL FEATURES

IVIGO Foot Warmer can be safely used under harsh conditions for long years thanks to its durable metal sheet construction. The internal thermostat provides homogeneous temperature distribution over the aluminum plate.
The ribbed surface of the aluminum plate prevents slipping, increasing safety when used on a standing position. The warmer offers touchless control with a remote controller.
Thanks to its patented user detection technology, the appliance enters stand- by mode when not used for a certain amount of time, thus reducing energy consumption. The panel on the appliance indicates the current temperature level of the warmer. Damaged cord or plug must be serviced by an authorized electrician.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Contact indicator. Turns off automatically after 3 seconds

  • First setting (minimum power) indicator
  • Second setting (maximum power) indicator
  • Turbo Timer indicator. Pressing Timer button when this light is on deactivates user detection system for 8 hours.
  • Remote control sensor

Foot Warmer consumes 300-Watt energy when it is operated at maximum power. The device automatically goes to a lower setting when its surface temperature exceeds 60ºC. Warming level of the device can vary due to its energy consumption level based on the conditions of the external environment. The device runs to keep the surface temperature constant at the selected level.

Operating the Device

  • Put the plug into the grounded socket. Your device will turn on. When the device is on, you will see the stand-by light on the Dashboard. Stand-by light indicates that the device receives electricity.
  • In order to operate the device, you should press the POWER button on the remote control, or on/off button on the device. When you press POWER button and on/off button, the device will start to operate at the 1st level, and 1st level light will light up on the Dashboard.

Reducing and Increasing the Temperature

  • When you want to increase or reduce the temperature, you can select the level you want by pressing the related button (+) to increase, (-) to reduce) on the remote control.
  • When you want to operate the device at maximum power, you can use the Continuous Operating at Maximum Power (Turbo Timer) button on the
  • Remote Control, or move to the 2nd level. Presence-detecting system is disabled for 8 hours following the pressing of Turbo Timer button.

Warning : If the remote controller is lost, in the first 30 sn, the device may be activated by pressing down on the surface of the warmer approximately 5, 6 times once a second, (by standing next to the appliance and pressing the center of the top surface with the toes, for example). The appliance cannot be switched off without the remote controller; It turns off automatically after its operating period (1 hour) is over, or needs to be unplugged.

Presence Detecting

Many users forget to turn off the device at the end of the day, or waste energy since they don’t stay at the same place during the day. Presence detecting system is operated automatically with the pressure put on the upper surface of the device. If the appliance does not detect any users (e.g. no pressure is applied on the appliance) for one hour during operation at the first or second setting, it enters stand-by mode and stops heating. This feature helps reduce energy consumption significantly during a typical use scenario.

Running the Device Continuously (at Turbo Timer Mode)

When rapid heating is required, the appliance may be switched to the Turbo Timer mode, enabling eight hour continuous operation at maximum power. After eight hours, the appliance returns to the last power setting and user detection is reactivated.
In order to use the appliance at Turbo Timer, press the Turbo Timer button on the remote controller when the Foot Warmer is operating at the first or second power setting. Press the same button to turn off Turbo Timer. After Turbo Timer is turned off, the Foot Warmer returns to the last power setting. The Turbo Timer indicator on the panel lights up when the device is operating in Turbo Timer mode.

Turning Off the Device

The Foot Warmer can be turned off in two ways:

  1. Automatically, when no pressure is applied on the device for one hour.
  2. By pressing the POWER button on the remote controller.

Attention: Unless the device is not plugged out, the stand-by light on the device will be on.

CLEANUP and MAINTENANCE

IVIGO Foot Warmer have been produced to provide service for many years without a periodic maintenance. Do not ever use solvents, scratching liquids or powder detergents for cleaning. Clean with a soft and moist cloth. If notice a malfunction at your appliance consult to Distributor’s Consumer Advisory Hotline.
Note : Always unplug of your Turbo Foot Warmer heater from the mains socket before cleaning.

  1. The Guarantee Period commences upon the delivery of the unit and is 5 years.
  2. The unit is completely within the guarantee coverage of our Company including all the parts thereof.
  3. Breakdowns due to use other than the ways specified in use manual of the unit is out of guarantee coverage.

This guarantee given by MASTAŞ MAKİNA KALIP SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. does not cover breakdowns other than the normal use of the product and the following cases are also out of guarantee:

  1. Alterations and distortions on the Registry Tag and Guarantee Certificate.
  2. Damages and breakdowns due to use for any other purpose than its intended use indicated in the User Manuel of the product.
  3. Damages and breakdowns due to maintenance and repair made by unauthorized persons.
  4. Damages and breakdowns due to factors occurring following the delivery of the product such as transportation, loading, unloading, storage, external physical(impact, collision, scratches) or chemical reasons.
  5. Damages and breakdowns due to voltage increases or decreases, deficient or illegal electrical installations or use in different voltages other than the ones written on the label of the appliance.
  6. Damages and breakdowns due to fire and stroke of lightening.

The seller, dealer or the agency from where the appliance is purchased is responsible for stamping the certificate of warranty and issuing it to the customer. The Guarantee is valid only for the time stated on the back side of this certificate and the breakdowns of the product. The Guarantee certificate will be null and invalid in case of any alterations thereon and if the original serial number on the product is removed or altered.

THINGS TO DO BEFORE CALLING THE DEALER

  1. Please first check if the appliance is plugged into the power outlet.
  2. Please check if the cord is broken or damaged while not plugged into the power outlet.
  3. Please check if there is power in the outlet by another equipment.
  4. Our firm provides “Central Technical Service” across Turkey.

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

  1. The Guarantee Period commences upon the delivery of the unit and is 5 years.
  2. The unit is completely within the guarantee coverage of our Company including all the parts thereof.
  3. If the appliance is out of order within the guarantee period, the repair period is added to the guarantee period. Repair period of the unit consists of maximum 20 days. This period commences after the notification date of the breakdown of the unit to the service station or to the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or to the producer/manufacturer thereof if a service station does not exist. If the repair period of the unit exceeds 20 days the manufacturer, manufacturer producer or importer have to provide a unit with similar properties to the usage of the consumer until the repair of the unit is completed.
  4. If the unit breaks down within the guarantee period thereof due to material or labor deficiency the repair will be made without any cost requirements under the title of labor cost, replaced part cost or any other title.
  5. The customer may request the replacement of the unit, refund, reduction in price pro rata to the defect under the following conditions even if the consumer has used the repair right thereof:
  6. If the same defect repeats twice within one year as from the delivery of the unit to the client within the predetermined guarantee period or more than four breakdowns occur due to different reasons or if the total amount of the breakdowns due to differ­ent reason exceed 6 times causing the prevention of the usage of the unit continu­ously within the predetermined guarantee period
  7. If the maximum repair period is exceeded
  8. If it is determined by the service station or to the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or to the producer/manufacturer thereof if a service station does not exist, with a report that the repair of the unit is not possible – If the same defect repeats twice within one year as from the delivery of the unit to the client within the predetermined guarantee period or more than four breakdowns occur due to different reasons or if the total amount of the breakdowns due to differ­ent reason exceed 6 times causing the prevention of the usage of the unit continu­ously within the predetermined guarantee period
  9. If the maximum repair period is exceeded
  10. If it is determined by the service station or to the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or to the producer/manufacturer thereof if a service station does not exist, with a report that the repair of the unit is not possible
