Operation
Extracting used oil into the oil collecting tray
- Connect a suitable probe to the pump line. Then insert the suction line into the lubricating oil opening of the motor and turn off the switch on the pump line.
- Turn off the switch beneath the oil collecting tray. Then turn on the switch above the oil collecting tank and connect the quick coupling to the oil tank.
- Connect the vacuum generator with the flexible compressed air hose. Open the compressed air switch, then the pressure drop is displayed on the pressure gauge.
- Open the switch on the pump line when the vacuum pressure has dropped to –0,5 bar. The used oil is sucked off and passed through the pump line.
Pumping used oil into the oil collecting tank
- Connect a suitable probe to the pump line. Then insert the suction line into the lubricating oil opening of the motor and turn off the switch on the pump line.
- . Turn on the switch which connects to oil collecting tray and the oil connecting tank.
- Connect the quick coupling on the top of the collecting tank with a flexible compressed air hose and open the compressed air switch. Then the pressure drop is displayed on the pressure gauge.
- Open the switch on the pump line when the vacuum pressure has dropped to –0,5 bar. The bused oil is sucked off and passed through the pump line.
Collecting used oil in an oil collecting tray
- Lift the vehicle with a lifting device, then slide the pump unit under the motor of the vehicle and unscrew the oil drain screw.
- . Open the drain ball valve of the oil collecting tray and open the upper ball valve on the pump line, then the used oil passes through the oil collecting tray into the oil line.
Draining used oil from the oil collecting tank
- Make sure that the valve below the collecting tray is closed. Note! It is necessary to close the valve for overpressure might damage the glass gauge.
- Open the valve below the tank.
- Connect the quick coupling on the top of the oil tank with a flexible compressed air hose and open the compressed air switch. Notes! The switch for compressed air switch can be turned off as soon as the safety valve vents. Used oil is drained via an elbow. – The air pressure should be increased gradually
