Introduction
Depending on the schedule you programme into a smart pet feeder, your pet will be fed automatically. They are WiFi-compatible and can communicate, monitor, and portion-control your pet’s food using an app on your smartphone. Depending on the feeder you choose, features will change.
Power Supply Dual Mode
Cat feeder is powered by the provided USB or 3D batteries (Not Included). In the event of a power outage, backup batteries ensure that pets have access to food. In the event of a power outage, it is advised to use both the battery and USB.
Jam-resistant and simple to clean

How To Pair?
Step: 1
- To download the Tuya APP and log in, scan the QR code.
- Note: Compatible with Android and iOS operating systems. just 2 support
- Apartment public, 5G wireless, and 4G network connections are not supported.
Step: 2
- When the blue light flashes every 0.5 seconds, long press “RESET” for 6 seconds. (The connection mode will be determined by how quickly the blue light flashes.)
- Turn on Bluetooth on the phone.
- Launch the APP and select “Auto Scan” to locate your feeder.
- Connect to a 2.4GHz network by entering your WiFi password.
- Please double-check the WiFi password. Please first change the WiFi password if it contains unusual characters or has more than 12 numbers.

We advise using open Wi-Fi, but even though our device can remember your most recent settings, you can’t view the feeding history without Wi-Fi.

If the internet is down, will this still function?****
Yes, even if the internet is down, it will still function. If you wish to manually feed your pet, you can do it using the Wi-Fi connection. Wi-Fi is not required for the prearranged broadcasts.
Does the device continuously buzz or make a noise? Is this a loud sound or more of a “background” noise?****
The feeder is completely silent. Even the meal dispensing is done quietly. The food striking the stainless-steel feed dish is the only sound you hear.
Does the system still dispense food on time if the Wi-Fi is down?****
Even if the Wi-Fi is down, the feeder will continue to distribute food according to your schedule.
Can I give my cat food in a totally new city with a different Wi-Fi? only my network, or?****
To set up the feeder and feeding schedule on your phone, it needs to be connected to the same network. The feeder then operates according to that schedule even if you are not at home or connected to the network. A manual feed can also be started if the phone is connected to a different network. However, you must be connected to the same network if you need to modify the feeder.
Can I have a larger bowl please?****
There isn’t a necessary bowl included with the feeder.
Does the device require constant charging?****
It is advised to always keep your device plugged in. A backup option is a battery. Without power, the feeder will not function.
I want to put this in a place where there are no outlets. How long can it run just on batteries, if at all?****
Yes, it can be powered by batteries, but I just use that as a fallback in the event that the power goes out. In that case, the batteries will retain your recorded feeding schedule settings.
Is there a low food alarm for this?****
No low food alarm is present. however, you can immediately do so thanks to our transparent tank.
