Eurowag Pay
Introduction

How to configure Eurowag Pay
There are 3 main steps:
- Get the Eurowag app
- Create an account (for a driver)
- Assign a card
Get the Eurowag Pay
Download the Eurowag app from Google Play or the App Store
- Android
- iOS
The Eurowag app needs to be installed on the smartphone of the user that is going to use Eurowag Pay at the fuel station – usually the driver. Additionally, it can also be used to configure Eurowag Pay. Card management and card assignments are usually done by dispatchers
Create an account (for a driver)
Owners or dispatchers usually have a Eurowag account already, so they can log
into client self-care and order cards or change limits. Drivers mostly use the
Eurowag app as a fuel station and services finder in guest mode. We first need
to create their account so we can assign a card to them.
The account can be created in two ways:
- From the client self-care portal
- From the Eurowag app
From the client self-care portal
Only admins and owners can create new accounts for drivers.
When the account is created, an email is sent to the driver. The driver needs
to accept the prompt in the email for the account to be activated. The driver is then redirected to the Eurowag website to fill out
the profile and set up their password.
- Now the driver can log into the Eurowag app with their own account.
From the Eurowag app
The driver can also open the Eurowag app and create an account for themselves.
First they must supply the admin or owner‘s email so they can approve the
driver’s account pairing with the company account. The admin or owner must
accept the pairing via link in the email.
- Now the driver can log into the Eurowag app with their own account.
Assign a card
Only those with the role of admin, owner, or dispatcher can assign cards. Cards can be assigned in two ways
- On the client self-care portal
- On the Eurowag app
In the client self-care portal
- Now you (or your driver) are ready to refuel using Eurowag Pay – the account exists and the card is assigned to it.
In the Eurowag app
- Now you (or your driver) are ready to refuel using Eurowag Pay – the account exists and the card is assigned to it.
