Ultra-Containment Berm® Foam Wall Plus Models Setup Instructions
POSITIONING & PREPARATION
- Bring palletized Berm to site where it will be deployed.
- Check area for any debris (rocks, sticks, holes) that may damage the Berm when weight from vehicles, drums, equipment is added.
- If possible/practical sweep area before deploying the Berm.
INSPECTION
- Unroll Berm and inspect liner and Foam Supports for any damage that may have been caused during shipping. Please contact UltraTech immediately so that a claim can be filed with the freight company.
DEPLOYMENT
- If no damage is found, complete unrolling Berm (if necessary) and position it as needed.
- Depending on the size, the Ultra-Foam Wall Plus Berm may be shipped with some of the Foam Wall Supports pre-installed and others separate. If needed, install remaining Foam Wall Supports. HINT: String or rope (not included) can be tied to grommets if pulling the Supports is preferred.
- The Ultra-Foam Wall Plus Berm is now ready to be used.
