- This product is intended for installation by professional installers only! This document is intended to provide professional installers with basic installation and safety guidelines for this product. Please read this document and all safety warnings before attempting installation.
- Installed loudspeakers require regular inspection and routine maintenance to ensure proper function and safe operation. Inspect mounting hardware and attachments for signs of corrosion, bending or any other condition that may decrease the structural integrity. Immediately replace worn or damaged components.
- Unsafe mounting or overhead suspension of any heavy load can result in seriousinjury or death, and property damage. It is the installer’s responsibility to evaluate the reliability of any mounting method used for their application. Only professional installers with the knowledge of proper hardware and safe mounting techniques should attempt to install any loudspeaker overhead.
- All Bose products must be installed in accordance with local, state, federal and industry regulations. It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure installation of the loudspeakers and mounting system is performed in accordance with all applicable codes, including local building codes and regulations. Consult the local authority having jurisdiction before installing this product.
- Use only the hardware and accessories included or specified by Bose. Hardware for securing the loudspeaker to the mounting surface is not supplied. For information on compatible accessories, see the product’s technical data sheet at PRO.BOSE.COM.
- Do not mount on surfaces that are not sturdy, or that have hazards concealed behind them, such as electrical wiring or plumbing.
- Do not make unauthorized alterations to this product.
- Do not expose loudspeaker or mounting components to any chemical substances that are not specified by Bose, including but not limited to lubricants, cleaning agents, contact sprays, or other hydrocarbon-based solvents. Exposure to such substances can lead to degradation of the plastic material, resulting in cracking and creating a falling hazard.
- Do not place or install the bracket or product near any heat sources, such as fireplaces, radiators, heat registers or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
Date of Manufacture: The eighth digit in the serial number indicates the
year of manufacture; “0” is 2010 or 2020.

Installation Instructions
This guide includes instructions for installing the Bose AMM108 U-Bracket for
use with the Bose AMM108 loudspeaker.
To ensure safe product installation, it is the installer’s responsibility
to refer to all relevant documentation for this product and all other
installation components before installing the product. Before installing the
AMM108 U-Bracket, please read this installation guide and the AMM108 product
guide. To access additional Bose documentation, scan the QR code or visit
pro.Bose.com/amm108ubracket. If you are
using additional components or hardware in your installation, please review
all relevant documentation for those products.
Note: Choose appropriate fasteners to support the weight of the
loudspeaker (see the AMM108 product guide for product weight).
Note: The AMM108 U-Bracket is not designed for permanent outdoor use.
On a Wall/Ceiling (Figure A)
Note: When choosing an installation surface, make sure all four of the bracket’s attachment points are secured to a support structure that can support the weight of the loudspeaker (see the AMM108 product guide for product weight). Choose fasteners that are consistent with all local building codes and requirements.
- Place the bracket at the desired location on the surface. Mark four drill holes and drill four holes into the wall
- Attach the bracket to the wall using four M8 (5/16-inch) screws and washers. Make sure the bracket is oriented so the slots in the ends of the bracket are not facing downward.
- Attach the included M10 screws and washers to the desired attachment points on the loudspeaker. Slide the slots in the ends of the bracket over the screws (see Figure C).
- Adjust the angle of the loudspeaker to the desired angle, and then tighten the screws to secure the bracket.
On Another Mounting Accessory (Figure B)

Secure the AMM108 U-Bracket to the mounting accessory with the appropriate hardware. For example, to secure the bracket to a truss clamp, use one M10 (7/16-inch) threaded bolt, nut, and washer.

Attach the included M10 screws and washers to the desired attachment points on the loudspeaker. Slide the slots in the ends of the bracket over the screws (see Figure C).

Adjust the angle of the loudspeaker to the desired angle, and then tighten the screws to secure the bracket.
