Overview Garden Trolley
Garden trolley ideal for transporting work equipment as well as wood, plants,
canisters and heavy materials. Equipped with a storage grid on top of the
loading surface and a PVC-lined inner tarpaulin that allows the transport of
loose matenals such as soil and sandThe side panels have a quick release
system that allows the loading surface to open quickly to facilitate the
unloading of materials while minimising user effort. The smooth-running rubber
wheels allow it to be manoeuvred with ease even on surfaces that are not
completely smooth, such as uneven terrain The padded handle makes manual
towing extremely comfortable and is removable if necessary to allow it to be
towed via a rear hook if the load is too heavy to be towed maually.

- Do not load the wagon beyond the maximum load weight indicated.
- Do not allow children to use the wagon without supervision. This heavy wagon is ot a toy
- Akvays distribute the payload evenly over the surface.
- Do not load objects on top of the fence. Lower the fence when objects are to be loaded onto the wagon.
- If parts are damaged, broken or misplaced, do not use the wagon until replacement parts have been obtained.
- Do not operate or use on objects that can cause damage to tyres or inner tubes.
- Do not inflate tyres to more than 32 psi.

PARTS LIST
- The trolley is equipped with side hooks for carrying brooms and/ or rakes.
ASSEMBLY

STEP 1: Fix the Handle Bracket F to the Front Axle (G) using the two Bolt/Washer/Nuts.

STEP 2: Take the Base (D) and turn upside down so that the protruding bolts are facing upwards. Place both Axles (G/H) over the bolts, followed buy the Washers and secure into place using the Large Nylon Nuts (K) as shown.

STEP 4: Remove the Bolt/Washer/Nut from the Hinge () insert the Handle (E) and align up the holes. Take the Handle (E) and Hinge (), align to the holes on the Handle Bracket (F) and thread through the Bolt/Washer and secure into place using the Nut L).

STEP 5: Turn the cart assembly onto its wheels, Take the Side Sections (B) and the End Sections (A) and secure into place using the R-Pins (M).
NOTE: Ensure the brackets are on the outside of the cart for the Sides and Ends to sit flush.
NOTE: Lift the Locking Handles to align with the slots on the Side Panels. Lower the Locking Handles to secure. -
STEP 6: Position the side support hooks equally spaced on the side of the carriage. Install the hooks using the supplied bolt and screw. Pass the screw through the mesh and secure thhe hook by tightening the bolt firmly.
