SYMBOLS ON MAKITA BATTERIES
Makita batteries are indicated with symbols.
Be sure that you understand their meaning before use.
Meaning of Symbols (1 – 6):
- Do not short batteries.
- Always recycle batteries.
- Do not discard batteries into garbage can or the like.
- Do not expose battery to water or rain.
- Do not destroy battery by fire.
- Battery capacity indication (Only for battery cartridges with the indicator. Depending on the conditions of use and the ambient temperature, the indication may differ slightly from the actual capacity.)

to state (province). Consult with your nearest Makita Authorized Service
Center or Distributor.
