WARNING

  1. Do not install or place this unit in a built-in cabinet, or other confined space without adequate ventilation.
  2. To prevent risk of electrical shock or fire hazard, due to overheating do not obstruct unit’s ventilation openings.
  3. Do not install near any source of heat, including other units that may produce heat.
  4. Do not place unit near flames.
  5. Only clean unit with a dry cloth.
  6. Unplug unit during lightning storms or when not used for an extended period of time.
  7. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at the plugs.
  8. Use unit only with accessories specified by the manufacturer.

Built-in 6-mic array voice tracks and zooms camera to any person who is speaking. CONNECT AND OPERATE

  1. Connect the provided power supply, and power on the video bar
  2. Use the provided USB cable or other known working USB cable to connect the video bar, to a computer, video conference terminal, or other USB input device
  3. Open the video conference software
  4. Select PulseAudio options available for video/camera, speaker, and microphone devices within the software settings

REMOTE

  • Language: Move the pointer to (Language) in the main menu, press to select the language

  • Setting: Move the pointer to (Settings) in the main menu, press [HOME] to get into the exposure page as shown below

  • Image Style: Default/Standard/Clear/Bright/Soft

  • Auto Framing: On/off

  • Auto Framing Sen: High/Medium/Low

  • Voice Locating: On/off

  • Switching Mode: Pan mode/movie mode/meeting mode/smart mode

  • Location Sen: High/Low/Medium

  • Prompt Info: On/off

  • Transmission Mode: Bulk/Synchronization

In the main menu, move the pointer to (Exposure), and press [HOME] to enter the exposure page, as shown below.

  • Mode: Automatic, manual, shutter priority, brightness priority
  • EV: On/off (only valid in auto mode)
  • Backlight: On/Off (only valid in auto mode)
  • Anti-flicker: Off, 50Hz, 60Hz (only valid in auto, aperture priority, brightness priority mode)
  • Gain Limit: 0~15 (only valid in auto, aperture priority, brightness priority mode)
  • Dynamic Range: 1~8, off
  • Shutter Priority: 1/30, 1/50, 1/60, 1/90, 1/100, 1/120, 1/180, 1/250, 1/350, 1/500, 1/1000 , 1/2000, 1/3000, 1/4000, 1/6000, 1/10000 (only valid in manual and shutter priority mode)
  • Brightness: 0~23 (only valid in brightness priority mode)

Move the pointer to (Color) in the main menu, and press [HOME] to get into the color page, as shown below.

  • 3D Noise Reduction: Off, 1-8 Move the pointer to (version) in the main menu.

Move the pointer to (Reset) in the main menu.

Move the pointer to (Reset) in the main menu, press [HOME] to get into the reset page, as shown below.
Note: color, style, and video format will not be restored to factory default.

TROUBLESHOOTING

No picture for USB

  1. Check whether the USB cable of the device is connected well and whether the power indicator is on
  2. Check whether the device is normal after power-off and restart
  3. Restart the computer to check whether it is normal
  4. Check whether the video output cable is normal
  5. Check whether the device is recognized normally, uninstall the device when it is displayed in the device manager that cannot be recognized normally, and reload it

Flickering and intermittent image issues

  1. Check whether the USB cable is normal
  2. Check whether the USB cable of the device is well connected

The PA-CVB1 has been tested for conformance to safety regulations and requirements, and has been certified for international use. However, like all electronic equipment, the PA-CVB1 should be used with care. Please read and follow the safety instructions to protect yourself from possible injury and to minimize the risk of damage to the unit.

  • Do not attempt to service this unit yourself, except where explained in this manual
  • Provide proper ventilation and air circulation and do not use near water
  • Keep objects that might damage the device and assure that the placement of this unit is on a stable surface
  • Use only the power adapter and power cords and connection cables designed for this unit
  • Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners to clean this unit
  • Always unplug the power to the device before cleaning

LIMITED WARRANTY

With the exceptions noted in the next paragraph, Vanco warrants to the original purchaser that the equipment it manufactures or sells will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Should this product, in Vanco’s opinion, prove defective within this warranty period, Vanco, at its option, will repair or replace this product without charge. Any defective parts replaced become the property of Vanco. This warranty does not apply to those products which have been damaged due to accident, unauthorized alterations, improper repair, modifications, inadequate maintenance and care, or use in any manner for which the product was not originally intended.
Items integrated into Vanco products that are made by other manufacturers, notably computer hard drives and liquid crystal display panels, are limited to the term of the warranty offered by the respective manufacturers. Such specific warranties are available upon request to Vanco. A surge protector, power conditioner unit, or an uninterruptible power supply must be installed in the electrical circuit to protect against power surges.
If repairs are needed during the warranty period the purchaser will be required to provide a sales receipt/sales invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase to the seller of this equipment. The seller will then contact Vanco regarding warranty repair or replacement.
