Product Usage Instructions
Standard Mode
To return the printer to standard mode, continuously press the FEED button
three times.
WiFi Function Usage
- Turn off the printer and press and hold the FEED paper key.
- Start the printer and wait until a red light flashes, then release the key to print a self-check page.
- Immediately press and hold the key for 0.2 seconds to access the menu.
- Select AP mode web tutorial to automatically print a web tutorial.
- Check the displayed SSID on the self-check page.
- Enter setting interface, select STA Printer, connect mobile phone to WiFi, save settings, and return.
- Restart the printer to print a self-check page and verify network settings.
- Access the printer settings via a browser using IP address 10.10.100.254 with admin credentials.
- Switch to STA mode, enter router WiFi details, enable auto IP assignment, and save settings.

Paper roll loading
58mm thermal paper roll recommended to 58mm series printers.
The method of paper loading is as below
- Open top cover.
- Drop paper roll in the hole as below.
- Pull the paper into the paper holder, the close top cover.
- Print one self-test to make sure paper correctly installed.
Printer function description

- FEED button Press to FEED paper manually.
- Status indicator
- Power indicator When the power is on, the light is on and the light goes off when the power is off.
Self Test
Test method: printer ready, power off the printer, press the FEED button, then
turn on the power, about 2 seconds after the release of FEED, the printer will
print a test page (including test page printer working condition and equipment
information).
Sixteen decimal mode
When the printer is ready, press and hold the FEED button, then turn on the
printer power, release the FEED button in about 10 seconds, and then the
printer enters the sixteen decimal mode. The printer prints out “Hexadecimal
Dump”.
Notice: continuously press FEED button three times, the printer will return to standard mode.
Restore factory settings
After the printeris connected, press and hold the FEED button, then turn on
the printer power supply, about 20 seconds, the printer will appear red light
flashing 2 tims, at this time release the FEED button, the printer has been
restored factory settings.
Cutter stuck maintenance (For printer with cutter
Method
- Turn off the power and then restart.
Method (2)
- a. Turn off power, open printing head cover.
- b. Turn the white gear till it back to standard.
- c. Reload the paper roll, turn it on it is ok to.
Notice: To avoid the damage of the printing head and automaticpaper cutter, please do not open cutter and mechanism violently.

- a. ConnectAC power cord to power, DC power cord to printer.
- b. Connect printer and computer/tablet.
- c. Connect cash drawer.
WiFi Function Usage Tutorial
- Due to the printer’s default AP mode, the self-test page needs to be printed: After the printer is turned off, press and hold the FEED paper key, and then start, wait until the printer flashes a red light and then let go,and a self-check page will come out (as shown in Figure1). After the self-check page is printed, press and hold the key for 0.2 seconds immediately, and a menu will come out, and then press the key twice continuously (AP mode web tutorial) to automatically type out a webtutorial (as shown in Figure 2).
- On the self-check page, check the displayed SSID: WiFi name of Printer (as shown in Figure 3). The mobile phone connects to the WiFi hotspot named Printer for password-free connection (as shown in Figure 4).
- Open the mobile browser and enter 10.10.100.254 to access. In the pop-up dialog box, enter the username “admin” and password “admin”, and click login. ( as shown in Figure 5 )
- After entering the setting interface, click Mode setting, select STA mode, click Save, and click return after saving (as shown in Figure 6).
- After switching STA mode, select STA Settings, enter the WiFi name and password of the router to be connected (note: WiFi frequency must be 2.4G, 5G frequency is not supported). Automatically obtain an IP address Select Enable. You do not need to manually change the IP address. The printer automatically assigns an IP address and then click Save. (Figure 7)
- After the web parameters are saved, restart the printer to print the self-check page, check whether the automatically assigned IP address is in the same network segment as the Router, check whether the WiFi name and password are consistent with the router, and check Router Status: (If connect is displayed, it indicates that the router is connected. If Disconnect is displayed, it indicates that the connection is not connected and needs to be reconnected with WiFi). (Figure 8)
Attention
- Put printer on stable surface, level surface where avoid vibration.
- Don’t use and store printer in high temperature, high humid and serious polluted place.
- Connect power adapter properly to grounded receptacle. Avoid using the same socket with large power consumption devices that can lead to power fluctuation.
- Avoid water or other objects go into printer. Once happened, turn off printer immediately.
- Print without paper roll will damage printing head seriously.
- Unplug printer from power receptacle if do not use if for a long time.
- Only use approved accessories, never try to disassemble, repair or remodel it.
- Use standard power adapter.
- Use high quality paper, this ensures the printing quality and life of printer.
- Please turn off power before plug/unplug cable.
- Printer is used only under 5000 meters.
Printer cleanup
One of the followings occurred, please clean printing head.
- Printing is not clear.
- Any vertical column is not clear.
- Paper feed noisily.
Printing head cleaning steps :
- Turn printer off, release power cord. Open top cover, take out paper roll
- Wait till printing head cooling if it just finished printing.
- Clean printing head completely using swab with alcohol (without water).
- Until alcohol completely volatilized, close top cover.
- Connect power again, print self test to check if it is clean.
Notice
- Please make sure power off when maintaining printer.
- Don’t touch or scratch printing head surface, roller and sensors.
- Avoid gas, acetone or other organic solvent.
- Wait till alcohol completely volatilized, close top cover and connect power again. Try print self test to make sure it works properly.
