Function operation
Power on
Auto on: Earphones have Hall Switch, will automatically turn on when you open
the charging case.
Manual on: Long press touch button for 7 seconds.
Power off
Auto off: Put earbuds back to charging case and close it.
Manual off: Long Press Touch button for 6 seconds.
Connection
Turn on the Bluetooth function on the mobile phone, search and find the Bluetooth device name ‘BTW92’ and click to connect.
Warning
Within 3 minutes, the earphone is connected to the mobile phone, otherwise the earphone will exit the pairing mode with the mobile phone. The earphone can be paired again when it is restarted.
Automatically connected back
① If your mobile phone has been connected with this earphone, turn on the
Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and the earphone will automatically connect
back after the earphone is turned on.
① If you leave the connection range between the phone and the earphone during
use, return to the 10m valid range within 3 minutes and connect back.
Music and communication
① Answer call: short press the touch button
② Reject call: Double click the touch button
③ Hang up the call: Double click the touch button
④ Music play/pause: Short press the touch button
⑤ Next song: Double click the right earbud
⑥ Last song: Double click the left earbud
⑦ Voice assistant: Long press the touch button
⑧ Gaming mode: Triple click the touch button
Charging
① Charge the earbuds: Put the earbuds directly into the charging case and
close the cover.
② Charge the charging case: Insert the Type C charging cable, the indicator is
flashing white.

Frequently asked questions
Q: When listening to music or calling, only a single headset has sound or is left and rigtit ears out of sync?
A: Delete the device name, turn off Bluetooth earphone and turn it back on. Press turn on and Connection method 1 operation.
Q: Can’t the charging case charge the headset?
A: In general, the charging case is out of power. Just charge the charging case.
Q: Does the charging case charge?
A: Try replacing a charging cable, the interface is not plugged in.
