SET UP / PREPARATION TIME
– Set up / Preparation / Maintenance

- Clean-up 13 th June, 18:00-19:00
- We recommend bring the backup version on the event day by yourself through USB or laptop.
- All partner booths must be ready by 12:00 p.m. Set-up and clean-up should be done in scheduled time.

- Please check if your laptop supports HDMI connection.
- Please bring any adapters or dongle your laptop computer may need.

BOOTH DETAILS
- Partner booth is placed in a blue area
- Your booth location will be assigned by Samsung.
- Please be mindful of the space provided. No use of any space other than the provided booth will be allowed.
- No standalone banner stands or literature stands. All activities must be contained on the booth countertop.

Available. But public Wi-Fi may be slow, a portable hotspot is recommended.
Q : Can I accompany my colleagues?
The booth must remain occupied with only one person
Q : Can I select the booth position?
