Product Features and Usage

Check the package contents against the packing list to ensure all accessories are included.

  • Suggested to fully charge before initial use.

ON/OFF

Long-press the “ON/OFF” button for 3 seconds to power on; vice versa to power off. In the powered-on state, press the “ON/OFF” button to switch gears. The indicator light will illuminate accordingly. The default gear upon powering on is gear 1. Please ensure there are no foreign objects inside before turn on. Reference Launch Distances: gear 1 (20~30ft), gear 2 (40~50ft), gear 3 (60~70ft).

Launch

In the power-on state, short press the “LAUNCH” button, the upper indicator light will remain illuminated and the device enters launchmode. Put the ball into the pitching port, and you can launch it as long as there are no obstacles ahead. In launch mode, short press the “LAUNCH” button, the upper indicator light will flash and the device exits the launch mode. Please turn on Launch mode first, then put the ball into the pitching port.

Random

In the power-on state, short press the “RANDOM” button, the upper indicator light will remain illuminated, and the device multi-directional mode. In this mode, the device will randomly launch the ball in three different directions. To avoid causing damage, please ensure this function is exclusively used outdoors or in wide-open spaces.

GT

In the power-on state, short press the “GT” button, the upper indicator light will remain illuminated, and the device GT mode. The maximum launch distance can reach 80ft. In GT mode, the mechanical sound will increase significantly. To ensure the comfort of your pets, please use it after pet training and adaptation.

Radar Obstacle Avoidance

RANDOM Mode OFF
While in launch mode, if the sensor radar detects the presence of pets, children, or other obstacles within the launch range (6ft distance, 20° angle), the device will automatically stop launching.

RANDOM Mode ON
If the device detects pets or people within the launch range, it will automatically adjust the angle to avoid obstacles and continue launching. If obstacle avoidance fails for 10 consecutive attempts, the device will stop launching and automatically turn off the launch mode.

Charging Instructions
Battery status indicator explanation

  • To avoid hazards, it is necessary to use the provided charging adapter for charging.
  • Charging from low battery to full takes 3-4 hours.
  • It is advised not to use the device while it is charging if the battery is low. This helps prevent potential damage to the battery life.
  • Before charging, ensure that the ambient temperature is within the range of 41°F~104°F to avoid overheating or undercooling causing damage to the battery.

Usage Instructions

  • Only one ball can be put in at a time.
  • Before pressing the “LAUNCH” button, please ensure that there is no ball already inside the device. If there is a ball inside the device, please remove it first.
  • The device will automatically power off if not in use for more than 15 minutes after powering on.
  • Please use the official retriever Ball provided with the device. The use of other balls may lead to issues such as jamming, blockage, and potential hazards, which can pose a serious risk to the device and the safety of pets.

WARNING! It is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the launch port and the pitching passage!

Maintenance and Cleaning for Retriever Ball

  • Retriever Ball is used in wet, dirty and other conditions, which will affect the range to a certain extent. Please wipe and dry before continuing to use.
  • In the damaged state, please replace the Retriever Ball in time to avoid accidental swallowing injury caused by pet bites. For Retriever Ball, please visit the official mall at www.uahpet.com

Other Cleaning Considerations

  • To ensure the sensor radar functions properly, please regularly inspect and clean the sensor radar port to prevent any obstruction by dirt or debris.
  • The device contains electronic components. Only the device surface should be cleaned with a wrung-out towel (do not use strong acid or alkaline liquids). Do not rinse with water.
  • If the device gets wet in the rain, please promptly power it off and store it properly. Wait for it to air dry naturally before using it again to avoid damaging the device.
  • Do not apply external force to the swinging area of the device to prevent it from getting stuck and being damaged.
  • Do not put the ball into the launch port to prevent the device from getting stuck or causing damage.

  • Please strictly follow the instructions for the installation and use of this device.
  • When charging the product or using the charging cable, prevent pets from biting or damaging the cable to avoid electric shock.
  • Except for authorized repair personnel, others should not attempt to repair the product to avoid various accidents.
  • If children are operating the product, please ensure they are under adult supervision. It is essential to prevent children from treating the device as a toy or sitting on top of it.
  • Do not use a charger that exceeds the rated voltage.
  • Do not direct the device towards people or pets to prevent injury.
  • If the device is unable to function properly due to reasons such as falling, impact, damage, breakage, deformation, corrosion, or water ingress, please cease using it immediately.
  • Do not use the device in confined spaces to prevent damage to furniture and valuable items.
  • Do not touch the power device with wet hands.
  • If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact customer service promptly.

Non-warranty Regulations
