Product Usage Instructions

General Information:
This access door is designed for single packaged units as described in the “Used With” section above.

Installation Steps:

  1. Check for any shipping damage and report it immediately.
  2. Remove the access panel labeled COIL ACCESS and retain screws.
  3. Use the screws removed in Step 2 to attach the right side of the door.
  4. Open the door using the two knobs on the left side.
  5. Use additional screws removed in Step 2 to attach the left side of the door.
  6. Use the remaining screws removed in Step 2 to attach the door to the indoor coil flashing.
  7. Shut the door and turn the knobs to secure.

Q: Are the doors backward compatible with BAYFLTR101 or BAYFLTR201?
A: No, the doors are not backward compatible with BAYFLTR101 or BAYFLTR201.

TYPICAL ACCESS DOOR INSTALLATION

General

Follow these instructions to install the BAYACCDOR1 or BAYACCDOR2 (DOOR1 or DOOR2) in single packaged units described in the Used With a section at the top.

  1. Check for any shipping damage, and if any, report it to the carrier immediately.
  2. Remove the access panel labeled COIL ACCESS and retain screws.
  3. Use the screws removed in Step 2 to attach the right side and top of DOOR1/2.
  4. Open the door using two knobs on the left side of the door.
  5. Use additional screws removed in Step 2 to attach the left side of DOOR1/2.
  6. Use the remaining screws removed in Step 2 to attach DOOR1/2 to the indoor coil flashing.
  7. Shut the door and turn the knobs to secure.

Note: Doors are not backward compatible with BAYFLTR101 or BAYFLTR201.
