HOW THIS INDOOR FLYING INSECT TRAP WORKS

INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO A RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS:
- Do not use outdoors. For household and indoor use only.
- To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the body of the appliance in water or other liquids. Do not place the device near flammable materials. Do not place or store the appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
- To disconnect the device, carefully remove it from the power outlet.
- For safe use, plug the device only into exposed wall outlets where it is well ventilated and cannot be covered by other materials.
- Do not use the device if it has a damaged plug, is not working properly, has been dropped or damaged, or if it has been dropped into water or any other liquid.
- Do not clean or spray the unit with water, cleaning spray, or any other liquid.
- Do not plug the device into an extension cord. Collected insects in the unit may cause fire hazards; replace the sticky pad as often as needed.
- To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug before cleaning or servicing.
- This appliance is to be connected to a circuit operating at 150V or less to ground.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the adhesive liner from the provided sticky pad.
- Slide the removable sticky pad into the back of the unit.
- Plug the device into an indoor outlet. When the sticky pad is full, unplug the device, remove the pad from the back, and discard it. Then replace it with a new pad.
USER-MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
- For best results, leave the unit plugged in at all times, except when replacing the sticky pad.
- If cleaning the unit is desired, unplug the unit, then wipe it down with a damp cloth. Wait until the unit is fully dry before plugging it back in.
