Easylube Nexus Remote Wireless Control Automatic Lubricator
Concepts
The Nexus remote control network connects to the user company’s internal
Internet or WiFi network platforms through Nexus Gateway.
Tasks such as device registration, bearing lubrication specifications,
technician invitations, authorization for operations (permissions), grease
period settings, on-site inspections/ record reports (NFC devices, cellphone
or iPads ), consumable replacements, and other data are all controlled by the
customer’s LINK management center (Manager).
The LINK management center (Manager) can invite technician staff as needed,
grant individual authorizations, manage equipment operations in specific
areas, assign personnel for onsite inspections (NFC devices, cellphone or
iPads), and designate personnel for consumable replacements, among other duty-
related tasks.
Unauthorized individuals cannot access system information, nor can they
control the Nexus or alter maintenance record information.
The Nexus automatic lubricator only needs NFC activation during its initial
setup and on-site inspection assignment. The Nexus will automatically connect
and operate with a multi-user, multi-tasking internet. Operational tasks, such
as changing grease PAKs, lithium batteries, and troubleshooting abnormal
situations, are carried out based on individually authorized task schedules.
After completing these tasks, EasyLube® LINK will prioritize notifying the
management center (which is still in the planning phase). The Manager must
issue operational instructions (or authorized operators must use NFC
activation) for the Nexus to restart and update the network connection.

Low Temperature Operation Instruction
The minimum operation temperature indicated in the product specification
represents the operation temperature of the lubricator. For actual operation,
the pumping performance of the selected grease and the stability of the power
source under low temperature environment are required to be in consideration.
Hazard and Safety Notice
Please follow the warnings and respective safety instructions on the product
label when using in hazardous areas.
Please ensure proper antistatic countermeasures as electrostatic charges may
accumulate on the surface of the device. According to explosion proof
certification specifications, the automatic lubricator is only certified to be
used with grease with flash point of 200°F (93°C) or greater.
Please ensure to dispose or recycle the replaced parts (grease cup and
battery) in accordance with the environmental protection policies stipulated
by local laws. Especially for the lithium battery, it is forbidden to be
recharged, dismantled, heated, burned, used outside the intended system, or
discarded into water or flame.
These improper behaviors may cause toxic substances to be emitted which may
harm the health of people and cause environmental pollution.
Setting Information
Easylube® Nexus can achieve the basic lubrication operation specifications
(MQL) confirmation for each bearing through the professional software
Easylube® LINK. It can then select between automatic lubrication mode or smart
lubrication mode based on the “Equipment Operating Time,” meeting various
lubrication management needs such as equipment size, operating environment
conditions, continuous operation, A/ B machine shift usage, shutdown during
holidays or maintenance, etc. This simplifies manpower and minimizes the waste
of raw material resources.
