Troubleshooting No Power

Check for cord & plug damage

- Run your hand along the entire length of the power cord > It should be smooth
- Check the lug for damage
- If either the cord (not smooth or exposed wires) or plug (prongs) are damaged > Contact Us
Test power to the outlet
- Check to see if the outlet is working
- Plug in a cell phone charger or small appliance
- Is there power?
- No > Reset circuit breaker if needed or try another outlet

If you are experiencing No/Low Suction, follow these steps to resolve
Check for suction at the motor duct
- Turn machine OFF
- Remove & empty the dirty water tank
- Remove all dirt & debris from the suction motor vent
Check vent for suction
- Turn machine ON
- Place your hand over the vent
- Is there suction?
- No > Please Contact Us
- Yes > Check the filter for debris & remove any build-up
Reinstall parts & test for suction
- Ensure the dirty water tank is fully inserted into the machine
- If not fully inserted, suction could be impacted
- Plug the machine in & turn it ON to test for suction
