Class Description:
Create a beautiful 2-pocket folder to hold papers, pads, or a planner. Two
size options. Can be made with a single fabric cover or you can feature an
embroidered or pieced element.
Supplies: Bring the following to class or purchase at Quilter’s Corner with
your class discount of 10%
- Pattern: Fab Folders, Christine Quilts CQ002
- Sewing Machine with 1/4” foot and walking foot
- Sewing Machine Needles: Quilting 75/11
- 50 wt cotton thread
- 24” ruler
- Rotary Cutter
- Cutting mat
- Pins
- Seam Ripper
- Wonder Clips
- Circle Savvy Ruler or template plastic, sharpie marker, and scissors to cut plastic
- Applique Pressing Sheet
- Fabric:
o 2 Fat quarter for Small, 4 Fat Quarters for Large
o ¼ yard Décor Bond
o 3/8 yard Peltex II
Preparation for Class:
Bring pieced or embroidered element if you want to incorporate it into the
folder cover. Maximum suggested size: 7-1/2 wide x 10-1/2” high for large,
4-1/2” wide x 7-1/2” high for small.
Payment for classes and events is required at time of registration. With paid
registration, you will receive 10% off all class supplies purchased through
the end of the class. No refunds are given for cancellation within 7 days of
class. Refunds are given for cancellations made 8 or more days prior to class
date.
