Product Usage Instructions
Caution:
When connecting jumper wires or installing cards, it is advisable to
disconnect the power source to prevent power surges from damaging sensitive
electronic components.
Application Wiring for nDAS6017(8AI):
- Switch settings: current mode ON, voltage mode OFF
- Wiring connections:
- D+ DI.GND connected to pins 4-21
- RS485+ RS485RS485_GND AI_P0 AI_N0 AI_P1 AI_N1 AI_P2 AI_N2 A_GND AI_P3 AI_N3 AI_P4 AI_N4 AI_P5 AI_N5 A_GND AI_P6 AI_N6 AI_P7 AI_N7
Network Initial Setting:
- DIP 1 ON
- DIP 2 default status is OFF. Switch DIP 2 to ON and repower on nDAS for WLAN to be set to AP mode.
- Default IP address for nDAS AP mode: 192.168.0.1
Access the web UI of nDAS:
- DIP 2 ON
- Use a web browser and enter the IP address (192.168.0.1) of the nDAS.
- Login with username: admin, password: 123456 to configure settings, monitor I/O status, and operate nDAS.

- Q: What should I do if I forget the login password for nDAS?
A: You can perform a password reset by following the instructions in the user manual or contacting customer support for assistance.

Network Initial Setting
- nDAS requires 9~30VDC power supply. There are 3 pins for nDAS power.
- nDAS supports HTML5 so that PCs in the same network domain with nDAS can connect to it and operate it through web browser.
- There are 2 DIP switch on nDAS for network initial settings.
- DIP1 is for LAN and DIP2 is for WLAN.
- DIP1 default status is OFF, and IP address setting of the two LAN is DHCP.
- Switch DIP 1 to ON and re power on nDAS, then the two LAN port of nDAS will be set to initial IP.
- LAN1 initial IP is 11.0.0.1, and LAN2 initial IP is 10.0.0.1
- DIP2 default status is OFF, and the mode of WLAN follows system setting.
- Switch DIP 2 to ON and re power on nDAS, then the WLAN will be set to AP mode.
- The default IP address of nDAS AP mode is 192.168.0.1
- Use web browser and enter the IP address of the nDAS, then we can see the web UI of nDAS.
- Click on Login button to config the nDAS settings, monitor I/O status, and operate nDAS further.
- The login username is admin. Its default password is 123456.
