Method of operation

  1. Connect the wireless charger and adapter , plug in the power supply
  2. Place the devices to be charged in the corresponding charging position then it will start charging.

FAQ

  1. If you re experiencing interrupted or slow charging, cheeck the following:
    (1) The back of your phone should not have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards
    (2) Put the phone in the center of the charging surtace (this lets the charging coil in your phone line up with the one inside the wireless charger).
    (3) The wireless charging coil on Sony phones is located slightly below center.
    (4)Phone cases should be no thicker than 5mm for effective charging.
    (5) Check whether the adapter is QC3.0/QC2.0 fast charger.

  2. If you’re failing to charge your device, please try out the following
    (1) Please restart your cell phone and test with other USB cables
    (2) Please check whether the indicator turns on or not.
    (3) Please check the adapter is QC3.0/QC2.0 or not, iPhone original adapter does not match the wireless charger.
    (4) Please check your Phone case thickness(<=5mm). Metal rings or magnetic pads will. not be available

  3. If you’re using the wireless charger with the recommended
    QC3.0/QC2.0 adapter and have removed any potential charging obstructionns, but are still experiencing issues, try:
    (1) Replacing the cable connecting the wireless charger.
    (2) Rebooting your phone.
    (3) Unplug the adapter and reinsert.

  4. Wireless charger’s compatible mobile phone models, TWS models and watch models:

  5. How can the watch charging module be used alone after disassembly?
    (1) It can be used by connecting a power bank through the Type-C port.
    (2) It can be used by connecting a computer through the Type-C port.
    (3) It can be used by connecting an adapter through the Type-C port.

Tips

  1. Do not disassemble or throw into fire or water to avoid causing a short circuit.
  2. Do not use the wireless charger in extremely hot humid or corrosive environment.
  3. Do not use near magnetic bank cards or IC cards to avoid malfunctioning.
  4. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
