CALIBRATION
Linear Calibration in g Mode
- Turn on the scale.
- Press key during self checking, display will be show
- Press key until display will be show tech
- Note: Before enter the tech menu, it’s required to press calibration switch, which is locating below the scale
- Press key to enter calibration, display will be show
- In succession press and keys to enter the function, display will be show
- Press key to enter , display will be show
- Press key to enter calibration, display will be show
- In succession press , , keys to enter the function display will be shown
- Ensure the platform is empty
- 3 seconds later, display will be show 1/6 of the capacity
- Place the first calibration mass weight on the pan.
- 3 seconds later, display will be show
- Remove the first calibration mass weight from the pan.
- 3 seconds later, display will be show 1/3 of the capacity
- Place the second calibration mass weight on the pan.
- 3 seconds later, display will be show
- Remove the second calibration mass weight from the pan.
- 3 seconds later, display will be show 1/2 of the capacity
- Place the third calibration mass weight on the pan.
- 3 seconds later, display will be show
- Remove the third calibration mass weight from the pan.
- 3 seconds later, display will be show 2/3 of the capacity
- Place the fourth calibration mass weight on the pan
- 3 seconds later, display will be show
- Remove the fourth calibration mass weight from the pan.
- 3 seconds later, display will be show 5/6 of the capacity
- Place the fifth calibration mass weight on the pan.
- 3 seconds later, display will be show
- Remove the fifth calibration mass weight from the pan.
- 3 seconds later, display will be show full capacity
- Place the sixth calibration mass weight on the pan.
- 3 seconds later, scale will be show and back to setting mode.
- Remove the sixth calibration (full capacity) mass weight from the pan.

For capacity of 500g & 5000g, it’s only required to load 4 calibration weights.
Normal Calibration in g Mode

Turn on the scale

Press key during self checking, display will be show

Press key until display will be show

Note: Before enter the tech menu, it’s required to press calibration switch, which is locating below the scale

Press key to enter calibration, display will be show

In succession press and keys to enter the function, display will
be show -
Press key to select

Press key to enter, display will be show

Press key to confirm, display will be show
-
Remove all the weight from the platform.

3 seconds later, display will be show the calibration weight.

If necessary press key to select the weight as you desired.

Place the calibration weight on the platform

A few seconds later, scale will be show and back to setting mode.

- Turn on the scale.
- Press key during self checking, display will be show
- Press key until display will be show
- Note: Before enter the tech menu, it’s required to press calibration switch, which is locating below the scale.
- Press key to enter calibration, display will be show
- In succession press and keys to enter the function, display will be show
- Press key to enter , display will be show
- Press ** key to select Lb**
- Press key to enter calibration, display will be show
- In succession press keys to enter the function display will be shown
- Ensure the platform is empty
- 3 seconds later, display will be show 1/2 of the capacity
- Place the first calibration mass weight on the pan.
- 3 seconds later, display will be show
- Remove the first calibration (1/2 of the capacity) mass weight from the pan
- 3 seconds later, display will be show full capacity
- Place the second calibration (full capacity) mass weight on the pan.
- 3 seconds later, scale will be show and back to setting mode.
- Remove the second calibration (full capacity) mass weight from the pan.

- In succession press and keys to enter the function, display will be show
- Press key to select
- Press key to enter, display will be show
- Press key to select Lb
- Press key to confirm, display will be show
- Remove all the weight from the platform.
- 3 seconds later, display will be show the calibration weight.
- If necessary press key to select the weight as you desired.
- Place the calibration weight on the platform.
- A few seconds later, scale will be show and back to setting mode
Note: Incase display will show any error message or incorrect measurement, repeat the calibration again.
