Prduct Usage Instructions

Step 1: Match to Bed Width
Assemble the 4 uprights and 2 load bars using the provided hardware:

• Hardware: 16 – 5/16 t-nuts, washers, and cap screws
• Tools: 3/16 allen key, blue loctite

Assemble on a soft surface to prevent scratches. Measure the spacing between the brackets to ensure it matches your bed width before tightening fully.

Step 2: Install Side Panels
With the rack still on the load bars, install the side panels using the following hardware:

• Hardware: 8 – 1/4 cap screws, lock nuts, and washers
• Tools: 5/32 allen key, 7/16 wrench

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Step 1
Assemble the 4 uprights and 2 load bars

• Hardware: 16 – 5/16″ t-nuts, washers and cap screws
• Tools: 3/16″ allen key, blue loctite

Assemble on a soft surface to prevent scratches.

STEP 2
With the rack still sitting on the load bars, install the side panels

• Hardware: 8 – 1/4″ cap screws, lock nuts and 16 washers
• Tools: 5/32″ allen key, 7/16″ wrench

Location and height of the side panels is personal preference. To prevent shifting under load, install using the round holes, rather than the slots. The slots can be used if additional adjustment is required.

STEP 3
Flip the rack upright and install the tie bars onto the load bars

• Hardware: 4 – 5/16″ t-nuts, cap screws and washers
• Tools: 3/16″ allen key, blue loctite

Location in personal preference. If installing a rooftop tent, measure the space between the mounting channels to avoid having the tie bars obstruct the mounting channels.

STEP 4
With assistance from a second person, lift the rack onto the truck bed.
