Product Usage Instructions

Initial Setup

  1. Download the Meat Pro app from the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code provided.
  2. Charge the probe using the relay dock for at least 4 hours before first use.
  3. If new to the app, register a new account; if existing, log in.
  4. Follow the app instructions to turn on the relay and scan the device.
  5. Pair the relay with your phone via Bluetooth for PIN confirmation, then connect to 2.4G WIFI.
  6. Select the food type and cooking method in the app, and adjust the cooking temperature as needed.
  7. Insert probe fully into meat, place in oven, and keep the phone connected to monitor temperature and progress.
  8. Upon cooking completion, the app and relay will notify; remove food, and enjoy.
  9. Clean the probe after use and place it back in the relay for automatic shutdown and charging.
  10. Before the next use, place probe back into the relay and turn it on for automatic scanning to connect with the app.

Safety Instructions

  • Avoid exceeding recommended temperatures to prevent probe damage.
  • The probe will turn off automatically if not near the heat source for 30 minutes.
  • Do not use probes in high-temperature or flame environments.
  • Avoid using probes in a microwave or pressure cooker; wear heat-resistant gloves when handling hot probes.
  • Probes are dishwasher-safe and can withstand deep fat fryer use during cooking.

Initial Setup

  1. Download the APP by searching for “Meat Pro” in the App Store or Google Play. Or scan the QR code below with your phone to download.
    Notes: Compatible with Android 9.0+ and iOS 10+.

  2. Before first use, please ensure the relay is fully charged. Press the “Power Button” on the relay and listen for a “beep” sound, indicating that the relay has been turned on.
    Probe Charging Methods:
    Method 1: Automatically charge the probe by placing it in the relay dock while the relay is turned on.
    Method 2: Even when the relay is turned off, if the relay has power, you can charge the probe by placing it in the relay dock.
    Notes: Please charge for at least 4 hours before first use.

  3. For the first use of the Meat Pro app, you need to register a new account. If you already have an account, simply log in.

  4. Follow the instructions in the APP to turn on the relay and scan the device.

  5. When connecting to Meat Pro, first pair the relay with your phone via Bluetooth for PIN confirmation, and then connect to 2.4G WIFI to successfully link the device. The relay can also be used independently of the phone for cooking.

  6. Upon entering the Meat Pro app interface, you can select the type of food and cooking method you wish to use. You can also adjust the cooking temperature as needed.

  7. Insert the probe fully into the meat, place it in the oven, and keep the phone connected. You can also monitor the temperature and cooking progress.

  8. After the cooking is complete, both the app and the relay will notify you. Remove the delicacy and enjoy.

  9. After enjoying the meal, let the probe cool down and clean it, then place it back in the relay. When not in use, it will automatically shut down.

  10. When the probe is placed back into the relay, it will automatically charge for the next use.

Notes: Before using it again, please place the probe back into the relay, turn it on for automatic scanning to connect with the app for use.

Warning

  • Stainless steel probes can withstand temperatures up to 185°F/85°C, while ceramic handles can withstand temperatures up to 527° F/275°C.
    Notes: Pls note that the probe may be damaged if these temperatures are exceeded.

  • If the probe is not within the heat source, it will turn off automatically after 30 minutes.

  • Insert the probe into the meat fully, so that the probe can withstand high temperature.

  • Pls do not use probes when cooking under high temperatures or hot gas/flame.

  • Pls do not use this probe in a microwave or pressure cooker.

  • The probe can become very hot during and after use. Wear heat-resistant gloves when handling probes

  • Probes can be put in the dishwasher. It can be fried in a deep-fat fryer without damage during cooking.

  • Bluetooth icon: Green indicates the device is paired and connected via Bluetooth; absence of display indicates no connection.
