Inserting the SD Card and Opening CEIBA II Software:

Viewing Video Events

After login, double click the serial number on the left.
A calendar will be displayed below. Double click on a specific date to view video events.
The video progress bar will show the video timeline.

Viewing Side Camera Channels:
If side camera channels are enabled:

Extracting and Saving Video

Click the scissors button.
Select the start time and end time for the specific time range you want to view.
Click OK.
In the new window, select MP4, Mainstream, and choose the path/location to save the video on your device.
Click OK to extract and save the video to your PC.

Q: How can I ensure proper video playback?
A: Make sure to select the correct date and time range when viewing video events and saving footage.
Q: Can I save videos in other formats besides MP4?
A: Currently, you can save videos in MP4 format only using the CEIBA II software.

Insert the SD card into your PC.
After you have downloaded the CEIBA II software on your PC, open the program.
- Type: Local
- Username: admin
- The password can be left blank
- Hit OK.
After login, double click the serial number on the left. You will see a calendar below. Double click the specific date on the calendar to view video events from. The video progress bar will display. Viewing Side Camera Channels
If you have side camera channels enabled, you can view footage from each channel by using the sidebar panel.
Click the scissors button. Then, select the start time and end time for the specific time range you want to view. Click OK.
In the new window, you can select: MP4, Mainstream, and select the path/location to save the video to your device. Hit OK when finished. The video will be extracted to your PC.
