This guide lists the support and service life-cycle dates for Object Scale and ECS products. The product support life cycle is designed to help you manage your investment in Object Scale and ECS technology, allowing you to plan ahead as products approach the end of standard support.

Terminology
- Release to Web (RTW) – The date on which a software product release is available to download.
- Release to Ship (RTS) – The date on which a hardware product release is available to ship.
- End of Standard Support (EOSS) – The date on which support no longer provides standard support for a product release.
