Product Usage Instructions

  1. Turning on the Device
    To turn on the device from shutdown sleep mode, press and hold the power button for five seconds until the device emits a sound indicating it is turned on.

  2. Pairing Mode
    After removing the device, it enters pairing mode. If not paired within 10 minutes, it exits pairing mode. To pair, click the device button once to enter pairing mode.

  3. Serial Number Lookup
    To perform a serial number lookup, press the device button 6 times in 2 seconds to hear a sound indicating the device is in a serial number read state.

  4. Factory Reset
    To factory reset the device, double-click the device button when it’s turned on. Hold the button after hearing a sound and continue for about eight seconds until you hear a confirmation sound.

  5. Shutdown Sleep Mode
    To put the device in shutdown sleep mode from turned on mode, press the device button 5 times in 2 seconds to hear a sound indicating shutdown sleep mode.

Quick Instructions

  6. During the Searching Items process, a device with the word FT1 will appear;
  7. Click on the device found in the APP and name it。 8、After naming, you can use device functions: A. Ring the device, click Play Sound, and the device will emit music. B. Findmy network helps to find: When the device leaves the Bluetooth distance, it cannot be connected in the APP. You can choose Lost Mode, or Enable. Enter the contact’s mobile phone number, etc. If there is an iPhone near the lost device, the owner’s Find My App can receive notifications and the latest location.
  8. Delete device: To delete the device in the APP, you can select Remove item.
  9. After removing the device, the device will not shut down and is pairing. If there is no re-pairing within 10 minutes, the device will leave the pairing state. If you need to pair a device at this time, you need to click the device button once, the device will sound. At this time, the device enters the pairing state and can be paired with the APP again.

Instructions For Device Operation

  1. The device enters turned-on mode from shutdown sleep mode: If the device is in shutdown sleep mode, press and hold the button for five seconds, the device plays a sound, and the device is turned on.

  2. Device status confirmation:
    Double-click the device button twice. When the device has not been paired with the Find My app, the device will play a sound; When the device and the Find My app are paired and connected, the device emits a “tick” tone once; When the device and the Find my app are paired but not connected, the device will play a longer sound; The above situation indicates that the device is in the power on state.   3. Pairing mode timeout, the device enters the pairing mode again: After removing the device from the app, the device will play a sound, it will not shut down and is in the pairing mode. After turning on the device or removing the device from the app, If there is no pairing within 10 minutes, the device will leave the pairing mode (the device cannot be paired with the Find My APP at this time).   4. How to perform serial number lookup: Press the device button 6 times in 2 seconds, and the device will sound. and the device enters into a serial number read state.

  5. Factory Reset: When the device is turned on, double-click the device button, the device plays a sound, press and hold the device button as soon as you hear the device’s sound, after 2 seconds, the device will emit “tick, tick, tick” sound, don’t release, continue to press and hold the button for about eight seconds, until the device play a sound agai, release the button. Important Tips
When pairing a device with the Findmy app, the phone will link to the Apple server. Pairing may fail because of network can’t temporarily connect to the Apple server. The following actions are recommended:

  1. Change the phone’s network, such as switching between WiFi and mobile network;

  2. Factory Reset: When the device is powered on, double-click the device button. The device will beep, then immediately press and hold the device button for eight seconds until the device beeps for the second time. Release the button, Reset is completed.
    (Note: after long pressing the device button for 2 seconds, the device will sound “tick, tick, tick”, Do not release it. Continue to press and hold the button until the device emits music for the second time, Release the button);

  3. Repair with Find My App.
